Hi. I have replaced back camera lens on customer fone, after 1 week customer sent email saying the back camera is not focusing… What can be the reason. S7 and s7 edge camera lens are same.
Could still have some plastic covering the lens or its possible the camera is having issues. Failing that its the lens and it will again need to be replaced.
Hi Sham, maybe some debris dropped around the camera and stuck it.
Click the back near the cameras to have a try or reset the phone.
