Rear Camera Lens Cracked Camera Now Dirty What Do I Use To Clean Iphone Xs Max

Have bought a second hand XS Max, rear camera lens was cracked and had a large hole. Now rear rear camera has lots of speckles of i presume is dirt over the camera. What product / method can i use to try clean these off? You can clean it with cleaning alcohol and compressed air.
