My iPhone 5 is in great working order except every once in a while if I’m taking to long to take a photo the camera function will get half a purple screen and then eventually freeze.
Hi Laura. you need to replace the iPhone 5 rear camera. its a very common problem. can start as purple flickering vertical lines and then get worse. sometimes triggered more so when on video camera . its a simple enough repair
I have the same issue, but with the front camera. Half of it is purple and half of it is normal
