Hello. My problem looks like this. When I turn on the camera application, a black screen appears when using the rear camera when it is set to 1x zoom, when I switch to 2x, the image appears but is blurred. I will add that the flashlight does not work either. Everything is ok with the front camera. Any solutions? Thanks
When I turn on the camera application, a black screen appears when using the rear camera when it is set to 1x zoom, when I switch to 2x, the image appears but is blurred. The short answer for you is that Camera and Flash Hardware work together if one has a problem the another one will fail. The blurred problem on 2x is because your phone has two cameras one has dust or is bad. I’m pretty sure that changing your rear camera will fix all your issues.
