battery replaced and charged. However screen does not respond in order to access phone.
When replacing the battery you would have disconnected the screen. When reassembling the device it is possible that you didn’t place the touch screen cable in properly. Make sure alll the connectors for the screen are placed correctly and see if that fixes your problem.
