I have an iPhone 11 and it randomly shuts off and shows the Apple logo and turns on. I cant update the software, it shuts down right before the update finishes. Sometimes it takes between 15 seconds to 10 minutes between reboots.

Hello there, what you see is called “bootloop”. It usually occurs when the system cannot be maintained from the phone’s operating memory due to a sudden and uncontrolled surge of electrical voltage in the system. It is like a shock caused by an unknown damage. Usually it turns out to be a software problem - in this case, rebuild the system from service mode (skipping the data backup). Otherwise, like yours, the problem is more of a physical nature and needs to be fixed. This is the result of the previous experience of this phone. Sometimes it is a harmless fall, sometimes it is flooded even a few weeks earlier. The fault can be located anywhere in the telephone electronics. This should be investigated. Unfortunately, it will not repair itself. If you are not into microelectronics take the phone to a good repair shop.
