My Acer laptop comes with ADATA RAM. And later I have purchesed Kingston RAM. When I plug both RAM laptop getting freeze. But if plug one RAM ADATA or Kingston it works. May I know following 2 RAMs compatibility. ADATA: 8GB 2RX8 PC3L-12800S-11 Kingston: 8GB PC3L-12800 CL11 204
It’s usually best practice to install identical RAM sticks by the same manufacturer in a system. Mixing-and-matching can lead to unexpected results. I would purchase another ADATA RAM stick to perform the upgrade, since that’s the brand that your Acer laptop came with.
