I changed my battery and now the audio system doesn’t work.

I’ve changed several batteries on my 1996 Eldorado and never had radio issues. There are a couple of fuses. One one the back of the radio and one in the fuse box. I’d check the fuse box first. Here’s how: https://www.carcarekiosk.com/video/2000_…
