Chosen Solution
I did disconnect the battery entirely but it Did not reset - RADIO, DICC PLAYER and DOOR LOCKS REMAIN DEAD !! there must be another fuse or fusible link some where other than in the Engine bay !! - any one with any other suggestions ?? - 2004 Dodge Caravan with V-6 auto transmission
Have you checked the 20 amp fuse in the #14 spot in the IPM? This is supposed to be the fuse for the radio.
