My Laptop is: HP Pavilion 15-bk020wm Hi, Thank you for your Repair Guide: HP Pavilion 15-bk020wm Hard Drive Replacement ( HP Pavilion 15-bk020wm Hard Drive Replacement ). Question: When I replace my current hard drive with e.g. one of larger capacity as you write how do I get the operating system, drivers etc. on the new Hard Drive? I think there was no CD added to this Laptop. Thanks.
@joari you have to install it from a USB drive. Something like this will be a good start. The drivers can be downloaded from the HP site Or you can copy the OS to the hard drive on a different machine (connected via a USB as an external drive), then install the drive and then the OS
