Customer brought in a unit where they had attempted to remove user account and it did not go well. Now MBP 15” starts to log in screen. When password is entered for user account, unit unlocks to question mark folder. No drive can be found booting to command R or booting from external drive. Data doesn’t matter, but can the issue be resolved?
