QN65Q7FAM should show error message if the OneConnect is disconnected. I see nothing and hear nothing. The backlights are on though. Resetting has not helped. The only history that I know about the TV is that it was working one day and then not the next. If I was going to replace a board, which one would it be?

meglover since you have no menu etc. there is the possibility that this is caused by a bad main board. There is also the chance that it is the T-con board. Let us know if your TV has sound. If it does it is most commonly the t-con board if it does not it is the main board. Those are all preliminary choice depending what else comes up with further troubleshooting. Currently my money is on the main board. If you are up to it, unplug your TV and remove the back cover. Then post some pictures of all if your boards with your question. That allows us to see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

``I replaced the t-con board and the issue remains the same. Backlights work, but no menu at all. No sound. I will try and post a photo. I appreciate your help.
