WE changed the batteries. Still not working. WE open up Elmo and we can see a few wires broken and a resistor. How can we get this fixed. Do you know where we can get parts for this item?
try re connecting the broken wires very carefully to the matching color wires back together then re connect all the wires back together with hot glue or sator them back together very carefully and see if that works i hope this is helpfull for you i have this elmo and mine does not work either due to age i got him at walmart back in 2002 when he first came out he originaly came with a blue elmo vest on him when he orignaly first came out at walmart in 2002 brand new and mine still has his blue elmo vest on him hope this helps you please feel free to message us and let us know if you need more help on this item thanks
