Your system is not getting past POST as it has encountered an issue within the graphics services (GPU logic) See if you can boot up in Target Disk Mode. Using a USB keyboard press the T key when you restart your system. Reference: Mac startup key combinations Do you see the FireWire or Thunderbolt Icon on the screen?
