Hello - I have had my UN65KS9000 for over a year! Beautiful TV, but I just noticed purple streaks running vertically on the right side of TV. I have tried changing HDMI ports and factory reset, but streaks are there. TV was never struck, lines just showed up out of nowhere. What will Samsung provide for support. I’m noticing this problem with several owners of the high end LEDs. Unacceptable!
@cdcampos no idea about what support you can get from Samsung. For that you would have to try to contact them directly. As for the lines, we would have to see what they look like etc. Post some images of what your display shows with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Could be a bad panel, bad t-con board or bad main board etc.
