I have a Whirlpool Duet (wfw9200SQA12) Washer. It stopped draining and giving the F21 and SUD error codes. I have taken it apart and replaced the pump when it shows very low resistance. The new pump didn’t work either. it is a 120V pump so I wired it up to a wall plug and it runs great, water pumped out no problem. Hooked it back up to the washer power after changing the connectors incase the contactors had an issue, nothing. Checked power from the washer and have 114V consistently. If the pump is getting power, why is it still not running? Thanks!

Hi @nkurth14 , Is the pump hose (small hose that connects to pump itself) providing a tight seal etc? How did you measure the voltage at the drain pump, directly across the pump terminals or between a pump terminal and earth? Looking at the wiring diagram in the tech sheet for the model - see p.12, power for the pump comes via the CCU board where the active is directly connected through to the pump but the return path is via a triac on the board. Maybe something to look at if you measured between the pump and an earth point and not directly across the pump terminals. FYI, according to the sheet the pump motor windings should test ~15.8Ω - see p.9.
