My son got this wheel as a gift and it lasted only a week or so before it started pulling left, I have tried the USB port reset as stated on the thrust master website but it made no difference. Any suggestions?
I looked at a few other forums and followed the recommendation to clean out the potentiometer. Apparently grease eventually gets down into it. The potentiometer is in the main body at the end of the steering column, near the motherboard. I removed it and soaked it in alcohol for a few minutes then shot some Deoxit on it. Everything seems to be working now.
The easiest thing to do is the return this for a new one as you could be still in warranty.
I got this for my Christmas and it pulled left after a day I reset USB ports didn’t work any suggestions
Yeah - Mine started with the pulling left nonsense also. Email Support and got a replacement since the unit was under warranty. I took the original wheel completely apart so if anyone has a need for spare parts to this unit, you’re welcomed to have them for free. Contact me if interested.
