the belt pulley is rubbing on the cover,what would couse this? than you
@markb012 could be loose pulley that rides f the shaft or a bend cover as well as a bad shaft bearing. We would need to know what exact model it is and if you can post some images of the pulley etc. That way we can see what you see. use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.
