Is it possible to upgrade the internal memory on the PSP Go?
In theory, Yes. In practicality, no. Replacing chips on a board is a very complex and expensive process, unless you have multi thousand dollar tools and a lot of time, it isnt worth it, even if you did have that equipment, good luck finding a compatable memory chip.
