Chosen Solution Ok I got this phone from someone cause they said it was useless to them since they had the touch ic problem. When I recivied it I placed a folded piece of electric tape under the metal plate that covers the cables and connector. it worked for a month then I drop the phone once and the problem came back but when I went and open the phone and removed the cables and tried putting back in the same way before it didn’t boot and still won’t boot it’s been a week....

I know that 6 and 6 plus can go together and 6s and 6s plus can go together, but are they all essentially the same screws? Chosen Solution I replaced the battery but now when I try to reboot the device the screen won’t go past the Apple logo, then goes black. The screen itself is non-responsive. Chosen Solution if i make a reflow to my ps3 slim and change the thermal paste for the gpu and cpu heatspreader and make holes in the case and add more fans it can last longer??? P.S:I’m not playing very much. I don’t think that making holes in the case will give you any more advantages than other things that you described. After dusting the inside off and replacing the thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5 is one of the best options), keeping it in a well-ventilated place and allowing fresh air to pass trough should do the work....

Chosen Solution I managed to convince one of the sales people at Best buy to sell me the floor model of the Google pixel 7 pro 5G. Phones battery was dead at the time. Now that it’s charged I see that I need the retail admin IT password to get into the developer options menu… Does anybody know this password? or Google’s stock retail password? Chosen Solution This is a great description/teardown. One question: the “L” key on my keyboard came off. I tried to replace it following the insights in the teardown (realize teardowns are not a repair guide!) but not sure if it’s possible and wondered your opinion. The part that came off was the plastic cap that has the letter printed on it. The rubbery thing underneath (the piece that holds the key suspended over the button, so to speak) was still in place, so I pried that off with a sharp point....
