Chosen Solution Hey, theres another A1708 with very strange problems. In principle it works like a charm, but there is something strange going on with the display I think. Everytime it goes to sleep or is restartet on battery power, the screen remains black when turning back on. But system is up, hearable on sound and keyboard backlight. When I plugin power, the display will light up immediately. Sometimes display remains off also with power pluged in....

Chosen Solution Okay I’m back with ANOTHER broken Sharp Roku TV. Model # LC-50LB481U. It had all the signs of a bad backlight- fully functional and you could see the picture with a flashlight. I took the entire TV apart, found the bad LEDs and replaced the strips. After putting it all back together there is still no back light. It seems as if the correct voltage is not being supplied....

Chosen Solution Soket of charge not work good Hi, Use a strong light and a magnifying glass and check that the USB charge port enclosure is free from any lint etc that may be preventing a good electrical connection. Also ensure that the pins are all there and that they’re straight a parallel with each other and not bent etc. If there is any debris in the port enclosure, do not use a metal pin or probe to remove it as you may damage the pins....

Chosen Solution Hello, I bought Air 13 A1466 mid2013 without ssd and from what I was able to find, the cheapest way to run it is adapter from apple ssd port to m2, somethink like this: adapter and ssd m.2 pcie ahci? or nvme (but needed high sierra?) for example ADATA SX7000, Corsair MP500 M.2 PCIe NVMe, Lite-On MU X SSD PCIe x2 (PP3-8D128). Am i right? Some of these adapters are quite crappy and the SSD match up with them tests to have a higher CRC error rate so they are just not the reliable....

Chosen Solution After I washed my Airpods in the laundry, not in dryer, I removed and let dry for a day. Now the Airpods regularly and randomly connect to my iPhone 6S Plus. iPhone displays the Airpods pop up tile when this happens. this happens when both pods are in the case with the case lid closed. This is causing connectivity issues with vehicle bluetooth connect to iPhone as I assume they are randomly connecting....

Chosen Solution can you buy or repair the swiffer vac control board? @uncledave11 , Dave, I did not find any one selling the replacement board. If you or a friend have some knowledge of using a DVOM and some familiarity with components on a board, capacitors, resistors and diodes you can test and some times visually see defect and replace parts. Below 1st link will get you inside the vacuum to the board I believe and the other 2 links are some tutorials on how to test and visual for failed components....

Chosen Solution I have pulled apart my 30GB iPod video again to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I have also done a restore with Itunes. The reset function works fine (holding the menu and center button until reboot). Toggling the hold switch on and off works fine as well. No response at all on any of the buttons other than the reset function. Please help! Retake it apart. Buttons may be stuck....

Chosen Solution Pretty much what the question says, the key itself works, but the key (in my case, it’s the “W”) is now dislodged, and can’t attach itself again. On further inspection, I realized that 1st, the “W” key itself had 2 broken hooks (bottom left and bottom right) out of the 4 on each corner (a replacement key is easy to find) and, the bottom left cap of the butterfly mechanism is broken too, so I’m looking for a guide that would ideally help me replace both, the butterfly mechanism, and the key itself....

Made no kind of sounds or indications before hand that anything was wrong. Tried to restart it afterwards but it wouldnt. Engine will turn over but not start. Chosen Solution yesterday my right speaker suddenly stopped working and all the audio is being played through the left speaker (L and R channels, checked for it with audio midi setup utility app). restarting PRAM, reseting coreaudio with terminal didn’t help. does it mean my right speaker is just dead?..
