Chosen Solution My screen is displaying flickering circles in the right side of the screen that draw the mouse pointer directly to them causing no functionality of the mouse. The memory is showing close to maximum; space available on the hard drive. Force “hard” restart sometimes clears up the flickering enough to log in a function for a random amount of time (range: 5 min - over 1 hour). After I switched the screens & tried turning the phone on the screen had no apple logo which ik both these screens worked but were unresponsive. Chosen Solution My model is slightly different: LN46B530P7NXZA but apparently from the same family. Friend gave me the tv saying it had sound but no picture. On testing, noted that backlight was fine and that picture was just washed out. Fiddled for a while with the picture settings such as the brightness and contrast and at some point everything just returned to normal. After a couple days, the picture quality gradually deteriorated firstly by ghosting then gradually “grayed”out back to the original condition I received the TV....

Would somebody mind showing me where the backlight fuse is located so I could try replacing that? Thanks @cmkorkis here is the location for the fuse. it is F9800 and is a 2Amp 32V in a 0402 package. U9701 is the LED driver. This is just to point out your fuse, not to diagnose your backlight circuitry....
Chosen Solution I bought a used 3DS XL a couple days ago. When I first got it the volume seemed a bit low - at least lower than my small OG 3DS, but it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed that the volume actually becomes LOWER when the 3D is on - and it gradually goes up when the 3D is turned off. Not to mention the volume slider is kind of unresponsive - if I slide it all the way down it takes a while for the volume to become lower (and even then, the music can still be heard, but barely)....
