Chosen Solution My television has perfect sound but the screen cuts off about a minute after turning on. Unplug the TV then wait about two hours for the components to discharge. Plug it in then it should work again.

Chosen Solution I purchased a Crucial M.2 NVMe SSD for use in my MacBook Pro. I have it replaced right now successfully. My question is, it came with a sticker on top. The sticker says that if I remove it, the warranty on the SSD will be voided. Is it safe to keep the sticker on while in the Mac, or would it cause heating issues, interfere with the computer, etc?...

Chosen Solution Currently working on a customer’s MacBook which apparently had water damage. Anyway, it keeps going into sleep mode unless I connect it to power and external monitor. Sometimes it realizes the lid is still open then switches back to the MacBook screen. Was wondering if anyone knew where the close lid switches are? I ordered a new upper case thinking the sensors were in there some where but it doesnt appear that addressed the issue....

Fuse and relay layout label affixed to the inside surface of the PDC cover for cooling fan relay identification and location. Chosen Solution My alcatel one touch fierce power button completely broke a while ago so I had to turn it on my holding down the up volume button and plug in a charger and wake it up with the sensor on the phone. This morning I was turning it on and accidentally chose “Recovery Mode” instead of “Normal Boot” on the menu. The phone is stuck on the recovery mode menu and will not get off of it, even when I run the phone out of battery and try the up volume+plug in....

Can anyone help??? try cleaning the headphone jack, and inserting headphones a few times.. it may have a build up of dirt etc.tricking the phone into headphone mode. if that doesn’t sort the problem and the symbol for mute doesn’t appear then you may have a faulty headphone flex.

Chosen Solution i have a ipad pro A1673 with a freezing/crashing/restarting issue. i have narrowed it down to the back of the ipad pro if i lightly tap or press any where above the apple logo close to where the logic board is it freezes and crashes. then black screen and reboots sometimes. sometimes i have to hold power and home button. there are no dents any where on the back of the ipad only dent i see is on the other side edge it was bought about a year ago off amazon as refurbished....
Chosen Solution My mac air A1466 suddenly stopped charging. 1stly I suspected magsafe failure issue as there was no LED light. But then I opened up the back pannel of the lappy and disconnected the battery. On plugging in the Adapter, the system turned on by the direct connection. While in that running state, I connected the battery. To my surprise it started getting charged up. But again when I unplugged the adapter and plugged it back, the battery wouldnt charge....

My mouse stopped tracking pretty much on anything except glossy magazines. I would like to try and replace the lens optics. At least the glass top in the picture below. Chosen Solution Has sound no picture, can see images with a flash light. How do I find what to fix? Get a service manual. The backlight power supply is a switched mode design and startup is failing. A soft audible “tick” every few seconds is more evidence. There are capacitors 10uF and larger near the transformer secondary of the backlight section, replace them. I’ve fixed several monitors / TVs that way....
Chosen Solution So my Xperia Z3 is just over 2 years old now and I have noticed that the top left-hand corner of the screen has separated from the frame. Is there any way to temporarily fix it without ruining repairablility in the future? Why not just use sticky tape to keep it together? if it’s transparent enough, it might even not trigger the proximity sensor. In any case, it will avoid more dust getting in which will progressively stick to the glue holding the screen to the frame, separating the screen more and more....
Chosen Solution The screen has a black “blob” down the middle of it, I think it’s from damage, but is there anywhere I could get it fixed? Most repair shops replace a wide variety of laptop screens. There are some really good suppliers on eBay if you’d like to try to repair it yourself.
