Chosen Solution So my “T” key is loose. Pops off, can put it back in as many youtube vids describe, but it inevitably comes loose again. Maddening. Now I assume I’m covered under this program: https://support.apple.com/keyboard-servi… But I use this thing daily, and there’s no good options for a quick replacement. I’ve found some places that sell single keys… anyone used them or have any shop you’d recommend (ifixit only sells the entire keyboard or keyboard + upper case)?...

I’m new to this kind of stuff The laser died already?? Once everything is connected to the drive board and the drive is plugged into the motherboard you should be good to go. Did you buy the whole drive or just the laser?...

Chosen Solution I have a 2008 A550 series LCD TV with the well-known power cycling/screeching/freezing issues. At this point, it will almost always turn on with the 2nd attempt. With it plugged in, the standby light is on. I checked the power board (and main board) for any caps that had obvious bulging or damage; I don’t see any visible issues. Also checked continuity of fuses just to be sure. The power board specifies that the STB terminal should be 5....

Chosen Solution My samsung note Fe mobile phone screen have vertical line from today after charging. How I remove it If you could post pictures of the problem that would be helpful. But by the sounds of it, the screen needs replacement in order to fix those lines. As far as the cause of them I’m not sure. Is there any separation or gaps around the edge of the device? That could indicate a swollen battery which can cause damage to the display, resulting in these lines....

Chosen Solution 1 sd card not support 2 network problems Go to settings on your phone. Tap on storage . Tap on portable storage. This should tell you if your sd card is mounted. If it is not, tap on portable storage again. This should mount it. If you have pulled the sd card out without unmounting it, it may be damaged. I hope this helps.

Chosen Solution I have successfully swapped out the logic board on my MBP with a solid part from the iFixit store. It seems to be working great except for when I unplug from my Thunderbolt Display and work without power adapters. It works for about 5 or ten minutes then it will lock up. I’m planning to open it back up and triple check (because I already double checked) the power to the board....

Chosen Solution Four of the keys on my keyboard, (the left and the right arrows, the tilde (~) key, and the right command key) are not working. There doesn’t appear to be any physical damage to it, at least nothing external. All other keys work properly. An Apple Service Centre and the AppleCare people (on phone) told me that “No Authorised Service Centre will repair Keyboards or Mice”. (I should also mention that the keyboard is 4 years old....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have a GE Advantium SCA2001BSS about 12 yrs old. The Microwave function stopped working. The upper and lower halogen cooking functions are ok. I tested the HV diode, the HV Cap, and The Magnetron with a multimeter. Chosen Solution I broke my original screen and replaced it with the Ifixit front panel assembly. After installing the front panel assembly the sensor seems to think it’s dark all the time. I’m not sure if it was something I did during installation or if it was faulty before installing the front panel. Everything else seems to work fine. I would suggest to double check you did everything properly, the light sensor is very tiny and might have ended up misplaced unwillingly....

Chosen Solution The screw hole that are used to secure the lowercase is threaded so the screw won’t fully tighten. Can anyone suggest anything that would help me thanks I always recommend Locktite… you’re not holding Elephants. With superglue/crazyglue you could have problems if you latter need to disassemble. Chosen Solution Okay so I dropped my phone pretty bad, the back of the phone has lost a lot of glass but that doesn’t bother me too much, what does bother me is the rear camera isn’t working anymore, it’s just black on the camera app, snapchat and everything else apart from Facebook where it works.I was going to replace the rear camera but then got thinking and if the camera still works in Facebook, does that mean it’s a connection or processor that has broken/disconnected and not the camera has broken....

Chosen Solution hey guys thnx for dropping by hope some can help me my phone dropped and the whole sound system stopped working , took it to a tech he told me that the Sound IC is broken , replaced it and the sound works . afterwards the phone kept rebooting every 1 minute. took it back to the tech and he tried multiple solutions to stop the rebooting and it didn’t work....

Chosen Solution Hey there, I recently recovered my phone from heavy water damage. Cleaned the whole inside with isopropyl, and had to replace my battery due to being saturated in water. I replaced it with BG920ABE (i believe i’ll have to double check) which was abit different from my original battery model. So my phone worked for awhile pretty well, except my normal incall microphone was abit soft and my gyroscope and a few other sensors of the phone didn’t work, (like gps navigation direction, heartbeat sensor, screen orientation)....

Chosen Solution I replaced the battery with one purchased here and having issues with it not showing how much of a charge i have and it re starting on its own. It would indicate a certain percentage of battery life for example 100 %.Then when I use it or re-boot it it will show a different percentage like 80%. So it goes from 100% to 80% in minutes. I found on your forum that i should drain the battery 100% and then charge to 100% uninterrupted and see if that works....
