Chosen Solution I was given this projector due to a bad lamp preventing it from starting. That said, I installed a tester lamp I had from a BER EX3211 with a damaged 3LCD block (the cost to replace these blocks is basically the entire projector used). As it stands now, the EX3212 works fine (I even put ~1.5-2 hours on it and it’s still going strong), but the lamp I installed has 3,253 hours on it (the ELPLP67 lasts ~4-5k hours)....
Chosen Solution I am looking into upgrading the SSD drive of my Sony Vaio Duo 11 convertible laptop. Having a 128GB in it right now is a little tight… Has anybody removed the access panel under the Duo 11? Ibo you can not replace just the CPU. The CPU is tied to to the nand memory with the serial number of the device, the modem, home button and the eeprom baseband memory on the i6 I would forget about your touch id!...

Chosen Solution I have removed the damaged digitizer glass and installed the new digitizer. I thought that before I removed the covers from the glue and put the digitizer back onto the ipad, I would check the screen. The back of the lcd lights fine full white backlight, however the front of the lcd is only displaying on about a 1.5" wide vertical band on the left side. The rest of the display is black....
Chosen Solution My mac pro has started going completely black at random times and while black I cannot even see the logo from rebooting etc. It is mostly black now but comes back on for a few seconds and is fully functioning then. The black screen is the black of an off computer, not the backlit black. External devices like the backup drive and charging cable are working perfectly. While connected to the external display via HDMI and adapter I can use the keyboard and trackpad (looking at ext display) just fine....
Chosen Solution I have a problem with my iMac. Every time I turn it on the screen will turn on for about 2-5 seconds then it will go black. The Mac however will stay on and will on work if I connect it to a a monitor or tv. The most likely cause is the backlight board. Chosen Solution I replaced the screen on an iPhone 7, as i was testing it, it went black right after the apple logo appeared and the boot sequence was complete. I tested with the smashed screen and got full image on it. the new screen does register the touch inputs but no image at all. backlight turns on, but since the screen went black, can’t see anything. I reckon Plugging it to the computer was not necessary as it does things and works fine-ish (has other issues, but that’s for another day)....

Chosen Solution A couple of weeks ago I noticed 2 small lamps with 40 watt bulbs that I have in a couple locations in my home were pulsing in tandem (not flickering) in the evening. I have had them for about a year. After replacing and tightening the bulbs, all screws and checking all cords, the issue remained.
