My starter went out so I got new one and replace new starter… and now still won’t start… all I hear is click… and when I turn on the key to start … positive battery cable gets heat up and smoke… I did every thing right to replace the starter…. does this mean my regulator is out…? Chosen Solution My HP Envy 15 (2019) screen is cracked but the actual touch part is fine. I couldn’t find any parts on ifixit.com so if somebody could send me a link to the screen that would be good. @endercreeper correct, iFixit does not have the LCD’s for your laptop. You would need the exact model number since there are multiple versions of LCD for an Envy 15. I would suggest that you do an online search based on those criterias instead of having peoples post links for you to check....

Chosen Solution My phone has the lights n sound but screen won’t go on Did you repair or do anything with it. Did the phone get dropped or dropped in liquid? Try a reset remove battery and put back in then hold on/off and up volume button for 10-15 seconds until you see the screen turn on. If the reset didn’t work it looks like it needs a new screen replacement....
Chosen Solution My Sharp LC-32SH130K blew when it was turned on. There’s been no problems with it before but now no power light shows and it won’t turn on. I’ve attached pictures of each of the boards. Is it easy to repair the fault or is it finished? Update (07/28/2019) @brokentv123 you’ll have to do some troubleshooting to determine what has failed. Get a multimeter and check the power coming to the power board....

Chosen Solution Got a ZTE ZFive 2 in very good condition. The phone has never been opened up (security stickers over the screws still in place) and there are no signs of liquid intrusion. It charges fine and powers up both on battery and AC power. There is currently no SIM card or SD card installed. The owner wants to reset the phone and give it to his kid. The boot cycle is as follows: Power on and the red LED at the top of the phone (to the left of the ZTE logo) turns on and the ZTE boot screen appears; it stays this way for 24 seconds....

I had also gotten another furby in the mail that day and soon after I had it out with the rest, my 2012 furby started moving extremely slow and eventually stopped. Chosen Solution The repair for my 6s requires removing the 1 hex nut standoff screw. Is it possible/easy to remove this without the exact tool? It seems this tool isn’t included in most tool kits. Thanks! Some robust tweezers or needle-nose pliers should do the trick, the standoff is not very tightly secured. That said, using anything other than a proper driver could expose you to collateral damage so be extremely careful trying to remove it....

Unless you can recover your passcode through the secret questions you may have set up during your account creation, forget about the iPhone, there’s no remedy for iCloud activation lock.
