I found a man that is willing to sell his iphone 8 in working and overall good condition (battery is at 89%) with cracked back panel for 160 CAD. I looked up the replacement guide on this website and it included a weird heating instrument which I do not have and which probably costs a lot of money....
Chosen Solution I replaced the home button & cable on a Sprint iPhone 4. Everything went fine, I didn’t run into any obvious issues. After reassembly/connecting the battery, the phone turned on. The locked home screen appears when it’s plugged in to a power source, but the home button is unresponsive and the touch screen is unresponsive. So I’m stuck, not sure what to check for on this one. Open phone again and make sure the connections are seeded on the lcd and digitizer if they are and still unresponsive touch you have damaged it make sure you didn’t crimp the digitizer cable against frame when reinstalling ....
Chosen Solution i have problem with sd card reading Get an SD card reader and use it to plug the SD card into your computer. See if you can read the card and copy everything off of it. Now put it back into the camera and see if you can now read it. If not, format it.

Have you tried turning on the TV using the Power button on the TV and see if that works? Here’s an image taken from the user manual to show you where it is located. Chosen Solution Hello, The screen on my iMac 2013 broke, so I decided to remove it and use an external display. After removing the screen, the fans ran crazy high and it was under-clocked, which makes sense (I now know) because there’s a temp sensor in the display. My issue is when I plug the broken display back in, the fans are completely quiet, so the temp sensor is A-OK, however the mac now runs EXTREMELY laggy....

The image in Step.4 of the guide shows the 4 contacts on the back of the watch. Two will be for power (usually the two outer terminals) and the other two (inner terminals) I assume are for the USB connection via the base....

Chosen Solution I may have left a thin hard copy paper document on the keyboard when I closed it. Now the connection screw thread is stripped on the right side only. Can I replace the threading? The screw is still there, but small pieces of the threading have fallen out. Could you attach an image of what it looks like? If its the screw thats bad, you can replace the screw....
Chosen Solution I replaced the battery, and the 20GB spinny drive with the CF-SD card adapter. Before closing up, I though of checking to make sure it works. Well, it shows black screen with white Apple logo, then switches to the sad face and flashes the low battery icon - and repeats the process. I have checked the CF adapter connection and made sure that the pin marked as Pin 1 is aligned correctly....
Chosen Solution I replaced my battery using the ifixit tool kit and tutorial. All went well until I turned it back on. I was greeted with a black strip covering about a quarter of the screen along with flickering. I undid everything and checked the connections and they seemed to be ok. Chosen Solution Hey friends, I’ve been receiving the dreaded question mark on startup, and gone through all the usual troubleshooting…my SSD does not show up in disk utility… bought a new SSD thinking this might fix… Still not showing up. Looks like this may be a Logic Board issue… In searching online, it seems as though the logic board for this particular model is rather expensive and harder to find than other A1466 models from different years…....

After hard reboot, i see the normal boot flash screens (samsung, verizon, android is loading), but after android starts to load, the screen goes dark green, with nothing else on it. Chosen Solution printer is working ok, but when scanning, only prints very lightly, and only part of the page, can this be the light? ran a test and printed fine. treasuresofthevalley , A surge protector can possibly cause this issue, unplug from surge protector and plug directly into wall outlet if not already. Chosen Solution A few days ago my iPad started to have a weird effect on the shadows, highlight and colour of images. Now if the image is dark you can hardly see something in the foreground only an outline. Also stransparent images in the background. Sites and platforms that I have have been on earlier are still on the screen. For example I am on instagram for a bit and then I switch to another app or something you can see a transparent logo in the background and also effects the colour and shadows ect of the screen....

Chosen Solution I am having a very similar problem. Element 40" model ELEFW408. The TV started to scroll through the channels and the volume turned itself to minimum. I could not stop the channel from changing, and I could only turn the volume up if I was pressing the remote button for the volume increase and as soon as I released it it would go back down. I removed the batteries from the remote, did not correct the problem....
