Chosen Solution Lately my phone got water damaged, my screen was half dimmed and i went to a store and they replaced the back light but it made no change, so i suggest them to check the wires and etc. and they checked them and the problem is solved. But now the screen malfunctions like the attached photo. If i press power button it goes to normal state, but after some minutes of using the phone, it switches sides again....
Chosen Solution A while ago my iPhone 5C was a victim in a water based incident. It luckily survived, though I had to replace the screen and the battery. Since then it is worked flawlessly, apart from the fact I’d never get any service. Today however, I finally got round to changing the antenna, but swapped out the whole assembly including the headphone jack and charging port. I put the phone back together, booted it there was no issue there apart from the fact the screen is now somewhat unresponsive....

Chosen Solution have you tried just inserting the tray with out the sim card into the phone. If it goes in smoothly then your sim card ready is okay, but if you are having trouble putting just the tray you would need to replace the sim card reader which you have to open the glass and remove it.
Chosen Solution my cavalier has been a lil screwy since i replaced the radiator, my speedometer, gas gauge, and car temp gauge always read zero while i drive, also all the egine lights pop up while im driving as well, also my license plate keeps going out randomly is this a fuse problem? or something else? Jordan Lewis, it’s to complex to be fuse issue. Double check all the wiring under the hood to make sure you did not accidentally loosen or disconnect and of the harness connectors....

Chosen Solution I have a Tab 3 7" tablet that I have already replaced the touchscreen/digitizer on but I need to physically reset the Home Button. It works, but its very stiff and doesn’t give the normal bounce back of clicking it. Is there a technique anyone knows of resetting it physically that doesn’t involve taking the entire touchscreen off? I don’t think there is but it doesn’t hurt to ask....
Chosen Solution How do I remove the broken oil dipstick housing tube from engine @nellie132 those are just pressed in with an O-ring at the end. Depends of course where it is broken, you may have to remove some brackets that hold it to the block. Use a pair of locking pliers and try to wiggle it out. The attached image shows a 4.2L V6

Chosen Solution Hi, everyone. So i replaced the digitizers on two iPad mini 3’s. One was just a mini 3 , and the other was the kind with the finger print. The fingerprint version is up and running with no issues, the regular mini 3 will not boot up however. This is not a darkened LCD issue. the unit will not power up or charge, and doesn’t show up when attached to my laptop....
Chosen Solution Was given this TV when it wouldn’t come on and would love to get it working. It had audio and standby light, I replaced both boards and nothing changed. I’m not sure what the next option would be as I can’t tell what is left to replace related to the LEDs, or how realistic that might be. I can’t see anything doing the flashlight test, but I may not be doing it correctly....
Chosen Solution Before gluing the screen, I tested the digitizer and it seemed to be working, but after I finished the assembly, the left side (about 1/4th) of the digitizer and a portion of the top (about 1/2) of the digitizer don’t respond to input. Is there a way to fix this without replacing the screen again? It is “working” (for some applications) to simply rotate the screen to do the inputs on the part of the digitizer that are working, but not optimal....
Chosen Solution Can I use iPhone 6s replacement battery in iPhone SE 1st generation? No. You cannot. Completely different battery. Why would you want to? no its a different connector and different size I believe you pressed ‘6’ instead of ‘5’. In which case, the answer is sadly the same. The screen and most other components are cross compatible but the battery has a different connector as mentioned above.

Chosen Solution I have a 2010 Toyota Avensis 1.8 litre car. Problem is that when driving it, the rev counter keeps jumping from 2 to 3 and back to 2. The car makes a revving noise and wants to go up a gear even if I’m doing 60 miles an hour in 6th gear it gives a rev and wants to go up a gear. When I’m driving from 1st to 2nd it’s revs and won’t accelerate ....
Chosen Solution After watching for some time the screen will go black but the sound continues. Turning it off and letting it sit for a while it comes back on and does the same thing. rghoch obviously something overheating. Could be a power MOSFET as well as bad capacitors etc. You should tell us the exact model number so we can check to see if that is a common error on your model....
