Chosen Solution Basically did a screen replacement on my ATT iPhone 6+ and everything seems to function except for the ear speaker when the proximity sensor dims/turns off the screen. It’ll either just hang the call up immediately or stay silent and then after several seconds when the screen turns back on (after I pull my face away from the screen) it’ll start working or hang up. I’ve taken it apart a couple times and the speaker flex cable seems fine and all the contacts are touching....

I do not have recovery disk or the Windows 7 disk, How do I get windows and install it on my new drive, When I turn the lap top on it’s looking for the “Bootmgr”. Any attempt to fix this failed, so I am going to replace the drive. Removed both hinges and replaced with an attractive brass piano hinge across the complete rear of the printer at the separation. I think this is because of confusion about the differences between Original/Series 1 and more recent models. My understanding is that the Original at least - and possibly Series 1 too - should be able to retain functional Apple Pay after a screen replacement. Is this correct? Chosen Solution Thanks for the good instructions on taking apart a Dell 1525 to get to the fan. In my case the fan was shot and needed to be replaced. On step 18 of the instructions I had problems getting the “touch pad connector latch” disengaged. Due to this when trying to get the ribbon cable out I think I might have torn part of the ribbon cable. I was able to get the ribbon cable out and have inspected it, and it kinds of looks like a tiny nick on one edge of the ribbon cable....
