Chosen Solution when i was playing grand theft auto 5 the laptop shuts off in a blink of an eye and theres a burning smell coming out of the cpu fan so then i left the laptop to cool for 10 mins and when i turned it back on and the usb ports doesnt work at all. everything alse works fine except the usb ports. i tried unistalling the usb root hubs and it didnt work....

Chosen Solution TV has power and turns on, but I have no picture or sound. Red light blinks 7 times. Have unplugged, and tried to reset by holdind down power button for 5 seconds. Any other ideas? @planejane this model has habitual errors with the SC board. Unplug your set and remove the back. Take some images of all of your boards and post those with your question. If you want to get this fixed you need to at least give us the information about make and model and a bit of history would be good too. If the power LED is not on your power board is probably not working.

Chosen Solution I have an original Apple watch, and replaced he battery. It seems to be seated/connected fully, but it’s not charging - booting up (Apple logo) but then shutting down. I just cloned my Samsung 850 Evo SSD drive that was on macos Sierra onto my new 860 Evo SSD drive. Then put the new drive in the laptop and updated it to Mojave. Chosen Solution So I was replacing the screen and the battery both parts from iFixit. I replaced the screen before on this phone without a problem but when I did the repair this time, the home button was not working but the Touch ID was. At the beginning of the repair after i powered it on to test function, the home button was working based on the taptic engine going off and it exiting apps but then pulled up an error and put in the digital home button and wouldn’t work after that except for touch id....
Chosen Solution Hi All I was changing my iphone 6S screen last night (Done plenty of these so experienced doing it) I was having conecting the top 3 connectors I dont know whether the cheap aftermarket screen had poor manufacturing on them. Anyway as I was trying to clip in the top of the two horrizontal connectors it started smoking. Chosen Solution Hi Fixers, I recently bought a pixel 2 with a cracked screen with the intent of replacing it. I purchased a new screen as well as a new battery. When I plug in the new screen, the device buzzes (indicating it’s at least responding to the power button being pressed) and my computer also recognizes that a device is being attached - so it’s not completely dead. The screen sometimes does a very swift white flash but otherwise remains completely black....

Chosen Solution Found out it is hardware issue. So is it the LCD? Sound like the LCD has been damaged/become faulty, you can follow this guide to replacing the LCD, when ordering a replacement part i’d recommend you order a replacement Digitiser too as its very easy to tear the digitiser cable or to shatter the screen if youre not careful or have not done this before. If your game doesn’t seem to be loading is check to see if there is a game inserted in the game slot in the bottom right hand corner.
