Chosen Solution So I cracked my phone screen a couple of months ago, and got a replacement about a month back. It worked well for about 3 weeks, but all of a sudden, the phone would become unresponsive to touch on the lock screen. I would still be able to unlock it using touch ID, but the screen would stay unresponsive. I found that if i locked the phone and kept trying to get the lock screen to become responsive to touch, by turning it on and off and continually attempting to bring up the bar from below(the one with brightness and volume), it would eventually work....

Chosen Solution Okay so I don’t know what may have triggered this as my phone has been working decently asides a broken home button, however, my phone died and I plug it in and it shows the apple logo screen however after around 30 seconds it returns to the black screen. I’ve tried plugging it into my computer however the same thing occurs and my laptop does not recognise the device either so I am unable to connect to itunes....

Chosen Solution This phone I’ve had for years and it’s high quality. But after I dropped it on the floor black spots appeared shortly after. Hi @astolenusername , More than likely the LCD screen is damaged internally due to the fall. This cannot be repaired, the screen has to be replaced. Here’s a video that shows how to replace the LCD screen. Replacement screens are available online. Search online for LG Stylo 5 LCD screen, to get results for suppliers that suit you best....

Chosen Solution A friend of mine has an iPhone 6S that wouldn’t charge. She brought it to a shop and they replaced the charging port but it still wouldn’t charge. She was then told that it was a bad IC on the motherboard, something that required microsoldering to repair. They recommended a place, they did the work, and it’s fixed now. Without taking the time/energy to replace the charging port, is there a way to definitively tell if the problem is within the charging port verses the bad IC?...

Chosen Solution drive belt keeps coming off????????????????????/ @eddard ,Jobob , Since I do not know your exact model #, I will post some what generic answer to your issue. If the belt is the correct size and in good condition(not stretched or worn thin), the problem will be the belt retainers bent/missing/ or adjusted too far from the pulleys allowing belt to fall off. Check that the rear end has not slid ahead(broken mount) allowing belt to be excessively loose, check for badly worn pulleys and that the belt tensioner is working correctly(if equipped), belt guides/retainer/guard to far from pulley’s or missing is the usual problem....

Chosen Solution Hello, I have an iPhone 6 and I have broken my screen and scratched my back cover. So I took my iPhone to a specialist to repair this. He did a great job and the iPhone worked well. But then the new iOS 10 came out and when I tried to install them it crashed the phone. At this point it is brick an it doesn’t do anything. The iPhone does not react to conecting to the charger and the screen is black all the time....

Chosen Solution So long story short. The durango I’m working on has damage done to the entire right side including the body. The concern is while the steering wheel is straight.( Im not a mechanic by any means, but I have been able to fix my own cars with no issue. I apologize for not knowing the name of parts.) The left wheel is straight but the right wheel appears to be off by a little over 20 degrees to the right....

Chosen Solution My R button keeps sticking and I have to pull it up a bit for it to work again but if I touch it from the side, it sticks again this also happened to me, the way I fixed this was by fully disassembling the controller and then giving it a deep clean, and putting the parts back in their correct places. this can be caused by a broken bracket piece of hopefully just a bit of dust or small debris....

Chosen Solution Using Es file manager was supposed to clean only phone or internal memory included my SD card also. Need a way to recover deleted data, on Android ZTE n817 Quest, that doesn’t need to be rooted and the only available computer is at my local library. Chosen Solution I replaced the front panel (Glass only) of my iphone 3gs. Now when I start it, I can only slide pages. When I push a button it doesn’t activate the right icon. It seems to be off to the left. this is an almost common issue with touchscreens. i would try reseat the connector - if that won’t work, hard reset the iphone (press and hold the sleep and the home button at the same time until the iphone restarts, maybe restoring helps - but if none of that works, replace the frontpanel...

Chosen Solution I replaced the main board on my TV and when it turns on there is no picture, just some soft music. I get the green to amber flashing light on the bottom remote control sensor on the TV. I tried putting a thumb drive with the latest update in the usb and still nothing after several hours. Chosen Solution Hello I replaced my main board on my TV that I got for free. It’s a un50mu6070fxza. I replaced the main by the actual part number and to the “T”. When I unplugged the main board from the power supply, the back lights turn on. But once I plug it back on it turns off and I get nothing. Could this be a bad power board? Chosen Solution I opened my ipad2 in order to replace the wifi antenna. I made sure to keep the digitizer/screen intact when removing. Success. However, I clipped the ribbon for the volume/power buttons. I made the wifi antenna replacement, reinstalled the lcd and the digitizer and plugged the device in to the wall to make sure the iPad powers and everything works well as I wait for another volume/power assembly to arrive in the mail....

Chosen Solution the issue that I am experiencing is that the tv will not turn back on after being off for more than like 10 minutes. If I turn it off and then right back on, it’ll do so without a problem. However if it is left off over night or for even 30 minutes it will not turn back on. When this issue first started I was able to get it to turn back on by leaving it unplugged from the outlet for like 2 hours....

Chosen Solution After replacement of the battery on my Apple Watch series 2, the screen is black but shows connected to my iphone Re-check all the connections and all the wiring for any damage. The fact that it’s connected to your iPhone but there is nothing on the display indicates that the Apple Watch is on, however the screen is not on, meaning something has gone wrong with the screen during the battery repair....
