Chosen Solution Recently I replaced the rear case lens by taking the camera out. After putting everything back together the camera worked fine for a minute or so then after closing and reopening the app it shows a black screen,front camera works though and when switching from the front to rear a blurred image of the front camera is displayed instead of the black screeen. The flash works though! Does anyone know the solution,is it something related to the logic board?...

Chosen Solution I completed a battery replacement on an iPhone 7 today, but the rear camera does not work and a black screen only shows. Any steps to possibly fix this or is replacing the whole module the best bet? It’d be nice to not have to spend $55 for the camera. Thanks! Hey Alex! Chosen Solution i put my phone in charging and after 96% of charging i take it out and i saw that it was showing 0% battery so, again i put ot on charging so it was showing 96% but when i take it out it shows 0%. after pressing volume and power button together it shows three option 1) Reboot 2) Wipe 3) connect with mi assistant. i click on reboot so after it phone turn off again and automatically start but again these three options are showing only....

Chosen Solution As title states I replaced the cracked screen verified it powered on before sealing it. Powered it off and added the plate over the ribbon cables sealed it and it won’t power back on with the new screen or the old. I have pulled the battery cable and re connected it, and that didn’t work either. Any ideas? long screw damage. bottom right screw hole. you have to pay close attention to which screw went where....

Chosen Solution hi, i have a motherboard that its rams brackets are not exist. how can i myself replace that brackets? Update (09/12/2018) i means they are brocken and missed. Do you mean the motherboard has markings for a ram slot on that area but there isn’t one put on there? Those require soldering and nobody knows if that ram slot will work on that motherboard because it could be that the circuitry for that ram slot is not implemented....

Chosen Solution Several light to dark lines running through the screen after start up. Faded color between them. Tried pulling the battery/rebooting but no luck. Any ideas? B Noyes, not seeing what you see and just from your description, it does sound like a bad LCD. You do want to make sure that your cables are properly seated etc., but ultimately it sounds like a bad LCD to me. Hope this helps, good luck....

Chosen Solution Hi, My phone stopped charging using the USB-C port on my phone so I replaced it then it started working again. After some time the port stopped working again so I took the phone apart again, when I did I found that the black cable was loose which I fixed. I tried to turn on the phone again but the phone is not turning on again. It’s also worth noting that my computer is displaying a “USB Device not Recognized” when connecting to a PC....

Chosen Solution I think you will be OK. I personally wouldn’t worry about it too much if it isn’t a problem at the moment. If distorted audio becomes an issue in the future I would address it when it becomes a problem.

Disconnect the power from the PC and then press and hold the Power On button for a full 30 seconds, then release. Reconnect the power to the PC and check if it turns on. Chosen Solution my ipod needed a new battery, so i took it to the “Fix-a-Phone” in my local shopping mall, after the phone repair “Specialists” replaced the battery, i tested all my buttons, and the Volume Controls as well as the Sleep/Power button were non-responsive, i asked the guy who fixed it about it and he said he couldn’t help me because he didn’t even go NEAR the buttons, i called a BS on that and now i don’t know what tool(s) to fix this iPod P....

Its possible that some of that sauce could have gone into the phone or the heat of the sauce may have damaged my battery or the charging port. Now, on the upper right corner, where the screen cover is missing, is a small felt-like black/grey pad that has been affixed but is now starting to loosen, exposing the metal underneath. Should this concern me? picture of the thing I’m asking about: That is the camera. If the screen is broken in that corner either way you don’t really need that felt piece....

Chosen Solution Ok, so, I have 2 imacs. 1 is a 2009, the logic board crapped out. I have a refurbished 2012 in which the hd just crapped out. so i took the 2009 hd and put it in the 2012. got it back up and running, internet recovery, updated the os back to catalina. im currently at 10.15.7 with no updates possible via the app store. thus far, i have had to replace the question mark items in my dock with the corresponding app from finder/applications by just dragging and deleting the ?...

Chosen Solution I have tried pulling out the SIM and re-installing it. It will turn on for 3-5 minutes and then post the “No SIM card” again it can be the sim as the issue or the phone. is the phone or sim new? how old is the phone? try getting the carrier to replace your sim card, if it dont fix your problem then i would suspect the phone, you may have a bad sim card reader....

OnePlus 6 Screen No, it does not come with replacement adhesive. iFixit will typically tell you if it does come with adhesive and/or you may be able to see it in the picture of the product. In this case I do not see any adhesive in the product picture nor do I see it in the product description 4 mm Tesa tape works well for this purpose of readhering the screen to the rest of the phone....

Chosen Solution About 2 months ago, I started getting ads popping up on my Home Screen and continually as I attempt to do something on my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8). I have tried to remove some apps and reinstall them — especially the ones seen in some ads…nothing works. I cannot stand it, it is driving me nuts. I have to hit back or “X” it out and it adds about 4 extra steps to get to my intended destination whether it be my email, games, contacts, phone, etc....

I’m afraid there’s probably not much that can be doe about that. There’s a bunch of chips along the bottom (or maybe the top) of the LCD panel selecting the pixel column and another bunch along one side selecting the pixel row. It looks like the connections to one or more of the latter are broken....

Chosen Solution when taking exposure, reflection mirror came loose from mirror frame, jamming mechanism. any repairs for this? If I am not mistaken Canon is aware of this flaw and used to offer a free of charge repair for the mirror and the shutter.

In order to install a new back cover adhesive I have to remove the remaining adhesive left there. When I pull the adhesive stripes there is a certain danger to accidentally remove the color foil from the back cover. Heat is also not very effective on this....
