Chosen Solution I’ve wanted to upgrade and restore my Classic iPod 4th Generation for sentimental reasons. I’ve replaced the battery and the motherboard, the final goal was to replace the old 60GB mechanical drive with something less fragile and more power efficient. I’m stuck though, because the Compact Flash card (no matter how I prepare it), can’t be written to once installed in the iPod. I format the Compact Flash card on a Mac as MacOS Extended Journaled, it shows in finder as 64 GB....

Chosen Solution The rest of the phone colour settings are fine, it’s just the photos I have taken before and after the screen replacement that look different. They are not as clear, kinda blurry and darker. Chosen Solution I had a friend do the replacement and a corner of the screen came up. Heated and clamped it but now the whole right side of the screen won’t stay attached. Dust and garbage are getting inside and it won’t stay closed no matter what I do. What type of adhesive did your friend use? I use tesa tape whenever I repair phones that don’t come with preinstalled adhesive....

I suggest you remove the LCD and look for the model number…its usually labeled in the back of the LCD. I did some research but its tough trying to find it without knowing the model of the LCD . Did you find anywhere also have this issue?...

Chosen Solution It seems all tutorials for replacing the front glass only involves taking the screen assembly off the phone first. But I cannot figure out why that is required. Everything I can tell shows that the glass is just glued on top of the OLED screen. Am I missing something? It would certainly seem easier to just keep everything assembled and remove the glass with small gauge wire. I separate iPhone screens all day long and yes it is somewhat easy, there’s most likely no way to get a wire in between the glass / LCD....

Chosen Solution I have cleaned all brushes. it makes a clapping noise and does not pick up any dirt By no means am I an expert with Roombas, but I’ve dealt with them a bit. If so, and if you plan to make that fix, I’d watch the whole video through before doing anything. 2)If that doesn’t help, you could look for more videos on the matter, or you could refer to your manual....

Chosen Solution My John deere has a Kohler 17.5 and it starts but only runs for seconds at high speed them it pukes oil into the carburetor and out the exhaust. Why is this happening? Thank you. Make certain your oil level is not too high (over-filled). But sometimes, if the mower sat slightly downhill over the winter, oil can pool in the cylinder and wind up in the muffler. This will usually burn off....

Chosen Solution I was given this tv for free, in non working order. I got it running and powering on by replacing all the capacitors in the power supply and also the main board. Now the TV will power on and work fine for a bout 5-10 minutes and then backlights start flickering on and off until they go out completely . Confirmed TV is still powered on as I can see a faint image with a flashlight....

Chosen Solution My computer continues to tell me there’s a paper jam when the paper was successfully removed. I’ve turned it off for a day Unplugged for another, but the error light continues to flash with notifications that the ink cartridge is not installed which it is (and I just paid $100 for it!) or the paper is jammed. Chosen Solution My iMac’s screen is flickering. It’s really bad at max brightness and still occurs at min brightness. Not sure if it’s just coincidence, but it seems to be most noticeable with any kind of movement on the screen (mouse, text cursor, etc.). See the attached video. My question is now will it be right to spend this much money on a 7 year old laptop.because it is my first one… i will be ever greatful if you reply @ismailsiraj I would. $200 is a good price for all those updates and you will not get a new laptop for that price....

Chosen Solution Shuts offs randomly when i still got a charge in it. To start it back up i gotta press hard on the backside where the connection between the board and battery connects. Had exact the same problem with my a40 last summer. There is a problem between the connection of your phone and battery, it has nothing to do with the percentage of your battery. You can try to let it fix, but I bought a new phone because the a40 is pretty cheap (not worth repairing) and it was a good moment for an upgrade....

Chosen Solution It seems that some people have got 1333Mhz RAMs working on this MacBook. And I found a interesting phenomenon. There is two different model of this MacBook. One with Bootrom version MB61.00C8.B02, which is majority, the other with MB61.00C8.B00 which is minority. And it seems that only those with Bootrom version MB61....

Chosen Solution Iphone wouldn’t charge. Got the kit from Ifixit, replaced the battery, which had approx 50 percent charge. Everything worked fine, plugged it in, it started charging. Next day, it is not charging at All! I have tried plugging it into different places and nothing. Googled it and found a number of complaints with this exact issue on ifixit questions. What gives?? There could be dust on the battery’s connector or it could be that the battery was badly connected....

Chosen Solution I dropped my Switch Lite and the left joystick snapped off. I was able to connect a Pro Controller until the replacement joysticks came in so I know the unit was working. Bought a 2 pack of replacement sticks. Neither replacement worked and now my screen doesn’t work. Unit has power. Sound works for all of the buttons & the right stick. Even the left stick makes the boing sound when pushed in but not other sounds up/down, left/right....
