Chosen Solution I am looking to fix my Apple Watch screen. There’s no actual damage to the watch or how it runs. No touch screen issues either. There is only scratches in the glass from it being scraped on the concrete (long story). Kit wise: I see an option to replace the entire LCD or only purchase the replacement Glass. I just don’t want to order/replace an expensive full LCD as it’s much more difficult than just the glass screen....

Chosen Solution The phone is looping in boot, while connected. There is just a logo and no loading bar. The screen lights up and goes dark, and the colours red, blue and green appear cut half in the screen in loop after each other, see attached pictures. From my experience the colors are the phones way of telling you that something isn’t right with a part that is installed. Typically, it is something like the proximity sensor going bad and needing to be replaced....

Chosen Solution Hello, I come here truly desperate. Recently I found my old iPhone 4 and hoped to give it to my sister to use. However, I am unable to remember the password that I’ve set. After reading multiple forums and guidelines I discovered that when I connect it to any computer the only information showing is “the USB is unknown and/or broken” thus its not recognized as an iPhone so it doesn’t connect to iTunes so it can be erased (the cable i’m using works fine as it charges it so its not broken)....

If so please let me know we’re I can buy a new display. Unfortunately, Meta doesn’t officially supply spare parts for this sort of thing. Chosen Solution Is there anyway of getting a replacement motherboard for my S8+? It got run over and I had to fix the screen but the connector for the display was damaged as well. The only way would be to find a broken phone for repair on Ebay or Craigslist. Or you can have samsung repair it. There are no 3rd party parts for what you need to repair. A bad ESN means something happened to the phone’s account, whether it means the phone was stolen, the phone was not paid off, etc....

Chosen Solution I have just replaced an iPhone 5s screen for about the 5th time now and all other times have been fine, however this time the screen hasn’t come on at all or won’t show if it is charging. It plugs into the computer and a device shows however this is the only thing to show me that the battery is fine. I’m guessing the problem is with the LCD/digitiser....

Chosen Solution So I have an iPhone with a screen I replaced but has 2 bright spots on top of the screen. Is that related to another problem on the board, bad connection, or bad screen? I also have some issues with the home button being loose. Secured but loose. I had the switch turned up! And I try almost everything, I turn it down and up a billion times, I take out the game and turn it in every different direction, and it works ONCE but the game was used so it had a save file, and I look up how to delete saves, and I try it again, but it didn’t work that time, so can someone help me please?...

Chosen Solution This unit started failing to charge properly a while ago. Took it to Apple under warranty, worked in the shop (don’t they always?). Took it home and have used it with occasional drop out for another 6 months. Now out of warranty and no longer connecting (no orange or green LED) or charging. Not connection on laptop - other units works okay but we have three laptops and only two older style chargers....

Chosen Solution Hey everyone, I’ve had these horizontal lines on the left and right sides of my screen. There are also vertical lines near my camera at the top. Is this due to the screen coating coming off? Or is this caused by an internal problem? The anti-reflective coatings have failed. Apple has an extended warranty program to replace the cover glass. You’ll need to get to an Apple Store ASAP as the repair program is ending sometime this year!...

Chosen Solution can’t get past terms and conditions page agree button not working This would be a digitizer issue. Is it only the “agree” button or are there other sections of the screen which do not respond to touch. Sometimes there is a vertical or horizontal dead zone and it can fall squarely on a critical patch of screen real estate. You can test this by selecting an icon until it wiggles and then move it around the screen....

Chosen Solution Works fine for about 10 minutes but then when I touch the screen on the bottom, it acts like I touched the top. Restarting the iPod temporarily fixes the problem but then recurs. You can’t. Apple only has the calibration machines released to service centers for iPhone, any iPod Touch or iPad repair and calibration is done in factory. Reset the iPod that should work.

Chosen Solution I think I broke my iPhone 12 rear camera and flashlight or disconnected something from inside. I’m kinda shocked that it happend the way it did. Just wanted to know if it’s a doable fix if I do it myself. As I’m not in States right now and can’t remember what my warranty situation like. Although I got this phone a little more than a month ago. Sorry to say this but if the camera module is actually damaged you are not able to replace it yourself....
