Chosen Solution After replacing my iPhone 4s battery, the new battery does not charge. Has anyone had this problem and how did you remedy it? @bigfella , BERNIE , Was the old battery still accepting some charge? Recheck battery connection and reseat to be sure there is a good connection and no wires pinched or damaged. Look in the charge port and blow/pick out(carefully) any dust/debri that may be causing an issue also look in the port for any bent pins and straighten very carefully with a tooth pick....

Chosen Solution My OEM battery was starting to fail. It wouldn’t hold a charge as long as it used to and the laptop started to shut down without any low battery warning. It would shut down with the battery status anywhere between 10%-40%. The battery performance appeared to get worse over time, to the point where the laptop would shut down even when the power adapter was plugged in. It seemed to be a thermal issue with the battery....

Chosen Solution The usb port on my Dell Venue 8 7840 has become loose and will no longer charge (If I ‘jiggle’ the usb cable and get it in just the right position inside the port, it will start charging, but it stops charging as soon as I let go of the cord). Can anyone give me advice on how to fix this? Can the USB port be purchased somewhere? Can it be easily swapped out or does it have to be de-soldered?...

When I turn it on, I can see picture and backlight - TV is working, but then it immediately goes black in one second. Sound is still working. There is no picture (even when looking with flashlight). Chosen Solution Recently was projecting from laptop to tv and unplugged hdmi leaving behind a picture from the laptop. Please any help is appreciated @staywoke this sounds like a memory error on the TV. Unplug every input source and unplug the TV. Then hold the power button down for 30-60 sec. Plug the TV back in and select one source input other than where you used the laptop on. See if that has resolved the issue....

Chosen Solution Sadly I dropped my A1707 and it landed flat on it’s “feet”. Now the screen and cursor freezes after 10 sec when starting the computer. But, when connecting to my external screens, everything works fine. If disconnecting, and open lid, it freezes after 10 sec, the menu bar changes and gets half transparent, I can se a bit of the cursor at the top, moving horizontally when using trackpad, bud not vertical....

Chosen Solution I just installed the screen, home button & back cover. All is well. For the first few minutes it was beautiful, then the scree distorted, squishing the display to the top and showing multiple unlock screens. First step would be to check that the screen cables are properly seated. Be careful here, because too much pressure can damage the connector on the logic board if it is not properly aligned....

Chosen Solution Bought new screen repleaced but still no redpond to touch Try cleaning the cleaning the connectors on the board and the screen with a toothbrush and isopropyl alcohol. Make sure they are seated well, and make a satisfying click when put in place. Inspect the cables for pinches or tears, especially close to where they connect with the lcd. Just a little bending there can cause failure. Potentially look for a third screen to do a definitive test....

Chosen Solution So I bought this from a friend who spilled coffee on the keyboard. Of Course not it doesnt boot up. Can anyone show me how to make it turn on. The green and orange light comes on and it does charge the battery. The most likely reason that the machine wont boot is that the coffee shorted the keyboard through which the power button runs. You have to open the machine and look inside to see if there is corrosion, shorted (burn marks) components or swollen (damaged) parts....

Chosen Solution This is a software issue that has been bugging me these past few weeks. I put my computer to sleep, I wake it up, and everything boots up but the backlight. The problem is not hardware because the light does come on eventually. Problem is, that this issue is not reproducible, but it most likely happens when the laptop is not attached to the AC. Chosen Solution TV was purchased by my girlfriend about a year ago, she told me it has never turned on. She no longer has the receipt so Walmart won’t allow her to return or exchange it. plugged in, there are no lights and no response to trying to turn it on with the button on the TV or the remote. Chosen Solution So I dropped my phone in snow in Budapest on 16/01/18, I didn’t think it would have got in because of the way it landed (I still don’t think it did), nothing happened until 29/01/18 when I was in Innsbruck, I went to charge it and it started charging, once full I unplugged it and went to charge my IPad, the IPad wouldn’t charge (it was undamaged), so I tried my phone again to make sure it wasn’t the wire or plug, my phone wouldn’t charge either, tried multiple cords, plugs, and sockets, nothing happened Due to the fact that both the IPad and Phone stopped charging within seconds of each other I wonder if it could have been a power surge or something?...

Does anyone know a repair service in Delaware where I can take it? Lot og place to go I would suggest googling it and finding the shop with the best reviews.
