Chosen Solution So, my phone screen is broken and there are multiple horizontal stripes on it. It looks like it is glitching out and it seems the touch is normal, there is no problem sensing your finger, the only problem is the view. Laptops are not set up to take in charge for the battery through the USB ports; those are output only. The only place you can put power into the laptop is the charging port, so I’m afraid your only option is to wait till the replacement charger arrives....

Once I put it all together, the connector that connects the charger flex cable and taptic motor flex cable to the motherboard was hard to put in, so I forced it in. I found out that when I plugged the receiver fpc flex off the board then it is turned on. I have ordered the Jcid flex cable but cant read data from original flex with V1S. Normally we can read from Jailbreaked X the data, but on 11 Series we cant jailbreak but virtual jailbreak....

Chosen Solution So I’ve got a Sharp TV LC-60LE632U TV that has a red line on the right side. When the screen is black it’s bright red but say I put a movie on the only place I’ll see the red is where there’s black or on the outside of the letterbox. Chosen Solution I installed my new replacement battery but it doesn’t seem to charge. The system report says that it recognises the battery but it shows that it doesn’t charge and needs servicing. I opened up coconut battery and it also says that the battery itself is older than my macbook and that it is in poor condition. The battery is also charging with 0 watts. I didn’t have any of these issues with my old battery which was actually still in good condition....

Chosen Solution I just replaced my battery with an iFixit kit, settings was showing “100% health” and then I went to jailbreak with checkra1n (DFU mode) and now its saying “service battery - battery is significantly degraded” Could possibly be a defective battery but I know jailbreaking can cause issues sometimes. Try restoring it and using it normally to see if it happens again

Chosen Solution Iny Samsung j1 was stuck in loop. When I went to recovery mode to wipe cache I saw it had E: can not mount cache error… was advised to reinstall firmware using Odin. I did that and Odin said Pass but the phone never rebooted again.. since then it’s not showing that’s it’s charging when connected to charger, even the charging led is not showing. It won’t power on....

Maybe the connection from the LCD to the board has come loose. If you’re happy to open the phone up it’s worth a look. It happened to me before and I only realised it had come disconnected when I went to fit a new lcd that I had bought for it....

Chosen Solution I dropped my iPad on the floor a while ago and now there’s a big line with a bunch of rainbow colours on the screen and I can’t get it off. You’ll need an LCD replacement. Order a replacement digitizer as well just in case you damage the current one. Or have a local repair shop take care of it.
