Chosen Solution I have a HP Pavilion DV6-2030SA (the Pavilion dv6-nr was the closest model i believe) where when i power up the laptop, i get just the fan spinning and no beep codes or anything, i did get the caps lock and num lock before i started getting nothing, i have had the blinking caps and num lock key issue before but i was able to solve it be removing the CMOS battery and reseating it....
Chosen Solution I ordered new 5k iMac with the 256GB SSD option. Does iFixit (or anyone) sell the HDD bracket and cable required for me to add a large HDD? I suspect it will be nearly identical to the 2639 build. Does anyone have any knowledge on what Apple leaves for HDD if SSD is only selected build option? It would be nice if they had bracket and cables w/ screws just taped in place; I am assuming that’s not the case....
Chosen Solution It beeps 7 times and won’t power on. Just a black screen Two possible solutions: 1.) The seven beeps means a CPU issue. Unplug the AC adapter/charger and take out the battery, then hold down the power button of the computer for 15-20 seconds. Then plug in the AC adapter and try to power up the computer. Chosen Solution My 2000 Honda CR-V overheated now I get full power but the motor won’t turn over it does make a clicking sound the battery is fully charged @paulbags it is possible that your engine has seized. Remove the plugs and see if you can turn the engine over with the help of a proper size socket and breaker bar. Don’t use your starter for this.

Chosen Solution Ordered an iFixit replacement battery for my Mac Air 13” mid-2013 and replaced the old original battery. Calibrated new battery and everything was good for a few days. I was doing some work on my laptop without the charger with the new battery around 80% and laptop shut off. Laptop wouldn’t turn back on without adaptor when it was back on the new battery was not longer recognized. I did PRAM reset, SMC reset, First Aid through utilities, uninstalling and reinstalling battery....

Since there’s no way to really just replace one part of the assembly, I just replaced the entire Front Camera/ProximitySensor/Speaker assembly with a brand new one. Chosen Solution Just purchased Jumanji Welcome to the jungle and it doesn’t play in this dvd player, Removed the disc, cleaned out the dvd player , put back in and no go. It says Read for a bit then stop. When I hit Play it says SEQ PLAY for an instant then STOP. The disc plays in my playstation. Other DVDs play in this player, Tried multiple ones and it is fine....

For some reason my screen just started flashing between picture and black screen (with backlight still working) if I pressed firmly on top right corner on top of LCD connection the picture on my phone would come back and if I released my thumb the screen would go back to backlight....
Chosen Solution So after I cleaned the board with isopropyl alcohol after some water damage but I cleaned some metal parts off the screen because there was some corrosion. After I did that the phone now starts up but the screen now looks like this now. Is this fixable or is it permanently going to be like this? You have moisture in between the diffuser layers of the backlight. You’re probably looking at a screen replacement or at least if you have the tools and skills a backlight replacement....

Chosen Solution Can you fix the problem on a 6s with searching issue and no sim issue If the “No SIM” message changes to “Searching”, when you put your SIM card to your phone, there is a good chance to fix this problem. Sometimes the SIM card just not connect to the SIM reader properly. Open up your phone, and gently push down the top of the SIM reader.
