Chosen Solution I am reading here Applying Low Voltage After Every Repair (Retina MacBook 2015 Only) that one should apply a 5V charger to 2015 Macbook Retinas in order to reduce the chance of logic board damage after repairs. Should this also be done for Macbooks of this model that have the battery removed? @rmolina I’d do it just to be on the safe side even so I am not certain why you would run it without battery....

Chosen Solution When I turn on the 8 on my old phone it said to switch over my account to the 8 but it’s lock so… if I switch it what happen do it unlock it or nothing really going to happen cause the 8 is activation lock. It’s something new to me need help THANX Is the iPhone 8 plus second hand, bought from someone else, found? If it’s asking on the activation lock for an email you don’t know then the phone is pretty much paperweight....

Chosen Solution It was just working perfectly one day ago but when I turned it on today it is not working at all…Iam unable to use it in BIOS…Even I cannot go in the Bios or press f2 or f12 or go into safe mode by pressing f8…Co not even one key is working…I talked to acer support agent and he is saying that it is a Bios issue and is not related to hardware and is asking for $60 to get it solved by their technician....

Chosen Solution Hello after I. powered the phone. There is no audio. There is no sound from any videos, music, ringtone, etc. When I insert the lightning cable it wont charge the phone. If there are any unique things about the phone (number of cameras, speaker layout, etc) look online. Don’t know if this would help, but maybe it will work?

Chosen Solution Well I have a whirlpool refrigerator, with the double doors on top, and a slide out freezer door at the bottom. I noticed within the last day, or so. The refrigerator isn’t cooling at all. So I checked the freezer below, and everything is staying cold in the freezer, and I put my hand near the vent, at the back. I felt coolness, however air flow wasn’t that strong....

Chosen Solution I have the newer Logitech K800 wireless keyboard which no longer has replaceable rechargeable batteries. The Battery compartment has the same cover has the older style but no access to the battery compartment. I believe the battery is now soldered to the motherboard. Chosen Solution Is the base identical between the all metal and alcantara models? I would love to get the Cobalt Blue model, and then replace the alcantara palm rest with the matte black metal palm rest (seeing as it’s so easy to remove/replace). Would this be possible? This question is asked on multiple different forums but none seem to have a definitive answer. Doing some research by watching teardown video’s and photo’s will give you a good indication and then you just have to go for it....

Chosen Solution My tablet is running really slow and my 1 downloaded app keeps freezing. I have done a factory reset but still doesnt cure it. The only downloaded app I have on this The Simpsons Tapped Out, and that freezes and resets all the time. When I have tried to go into the pre installed app’s, the tablet runs very slow…..is there a way of getting this back up to speed....

Chosen Solution My Samsung refridgerator model # RF265BEAESR/AA makes ice no problem just won’t dispense the water or ice through the door. I check continuity in the glass paddle switch , its good. The door switch continuity is good also (checked with multimeter). I can toggle between the ice and water selections on the dispenser and shut off the dispenser by holding for 3 seconds, also the light works fine on the dispenser....

If the power board number is BN44-00807K check what the value of the Standby voltage is when power is connected to the TV....

Chosen Solution Hi my TV screen changed to black and no backlight after some hours running. When I switch it on, red led flashes 5x. When I stream music to an device connected to HDMI I can hear the sound and control volume on the TV. I cannot see anything even using the flash light test. I removed back plate and checked for obvious faulty components. Nothing found. T-con has 1 Blue led on....

Chosen Solution every light on the phone works, even the sound, but the screen wont turn on, i was was changing my camera, but then when i was putting everything back together the screen wouldnt turn on, am i forgetting to plug something or do i need a new digitizer I would take the phone apart and check all the connections as thats probably whats wrong. If nothing is wrong, check all the components to see for any missing....

Chosen Solution The screen is popping out at where the volume and mute buttons are after a screen replacement. take out the pentalobe screws and put the screen in properly, its not difficult no its on the other side it got thrown and black and white bold lines keep showing up on the screen and when the apple restart logo comes on the screen it has a gradient multicolor fade into black

Chosen Solution Hello, I’m using an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB which I bought 2 Years ago. I installed iOS 10.0.1 and 10.0.2 recently. As I recognized now, the tilting sensor doesn’t work anymore. The compass needle is pointing to north and doesn’t rotate. I can’t even calibrate the compass. Playing games with tilt controlling doesn’t work. It’s possible that this is broken since few weeks, I didn’t used it for weeks....
