Chosen Solution Hi my Samsung UE48JU6475 TV isn’t working. Suddenly there came a single vertical line in the middle of the screen. After 15min it went completely black with no backlight. There is sound coming from the speakers, and the standby light seems to be working. I checked the power board and standby voltage is steady 9v and 13v when its powered on. Cant see the menu with a flashlight. I forced it in forced backlight by removing the cable going from the the power board to the main board....

Battery’s all behave in a similar way,but some are more susceptible to faults than others Samsungs battery’s do have a history of issues but I wouldn’t get worried about it ,if it becomes too much of a issue Samsung will recall it just like they did with the Note 7 But like I said it could happen to anyone it’s just some battery’s are more susceptible to it than others If you were really worried about it you could replace the battery with one from a reputable source (Eg iFixit or Replace Base)or sell your current phone and buy one from a different brand (EG Apple or Xiaomi) Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
Chosen Solution I replaced , battery in the Iphone 5 and went to power it up and nothing is showing on the screen. The screen is non functional to the point that the touch doesn’t work, backlight doesn’t work nothing works. I have checked to make sure all the connections are connected and even re-did the process several times with no luck on the screen turning on. The Iphone does power up and Itunes is able to recognize the phone the display is just not working...

Underneath the white disk there is a microphone (a black round cylinder with a hole in it) that is activated when the alarm goes off. The white disk transmits the noise (caused by the tapping on the housing) to the microphone which snoozes the alarm. So it could be that either the microphone is defective or that is simply blocked by a speck of dust....
