Chosen Solution I changed tranny on my 84 Chevy 305. I put a350 tube short tail trans in place of 350 long tail. Had to cut a drive shaft to fit cause short tail was for a car i guess.now it’s like my brakes are on .trans got hot and won’t run Look at your rear end pull the differential cover off lift up the rear axle inspect very carefully for good clearances to make sure the tires spin (in nuetral of course) make sure the ring gear isn’t wedged into the pinion gear....

You can clearly see what is actually on the monitor, but it interferes with work and games. It just shouldn’t be there. Chosen Solution Just replaced the LCD assembly after smashing the original (sadface). Made sure everything is connected properly and the screen works as it should but the backlight is extremely dim (still works however). If i try to adjust using the settings the screen reaches maximum brightness after about 20% of the slider, any slider movement above this makes no change to the bightness of the backlight. Has anyone come across this before?...

I’d like to replace it and I dont have soldering experience of parts that small. Fortunately I have a dead board to train on. The question is: how to replace it not removing the whole logic board? Removing the board drives me nuts! I see that removal of the connector is quite straightforward since you can sacrifice the connector itself - all videos I found just use soldering iron....
Chosen Solution I used software to test and found out that there is no drift when I’m on my desktop. But when I launch a game, I get drift on the right analog and after I close and open game controller tester, I notice drift on the right stick. The weird thing though is it actively fluctuates from 0%-60%. ex: 0-60-40-20-0-34-68 I would try replacing the joystick. It’s a simple fix....
Chosen Solution With my right headphone, whenever I take it and press the headphone against my head, or even if it is just shifting on my head too much, it crinkles, like as if some price of plastic is being crinkled. Chosen Solution I have a Samsung galaxy S8 that reboots randomly, it has been factory reset, updated, cache cleared and battery changed as a possible solution but nothing helps. The issue just suddenly came out of nowhere. And is as random as can be. Sometimes it boots up and works for 10-15 min, and other times it just boots up, shows home screen and the reboots again. No particular feeling of overheated when doing it....
Chosen Solution My Samsung has faint white horizontal lines running through 3/4 of the TV every thing else works fine, I changed the TCON board but nothing changed. Any ideas on this before I change the video board. @bigjets horizontal lines are never caused by a bad t-con board. Unlikely that this is even a main board issue. Horizontal lines are most commonly caused by a failed panel (failed Gate Drivers)....
Chosen Solution Have managed to pair my S5 to both Hyundais after turning off smart switch but J5 Pro will not connect…or even recognize cars. Seems strange in this day and age. Contacted Samsung chat…no answer of help but then said they werent compatible! Any suggestions. read to try clearing cache but on my phone the set up is different and I cant find apps manager. Chosen Solution Hi! Recently, I accidentally nudged my tablet off of my bed, which is not very high. It fell to the ground and hit it quite lightly. However, the screen was flickering. Soon, the screen stopped flickering and all was well, but, after around 20 minutes, the screen flickered once more, but this time, instead of fixing itself, the flickering stopped and the screen seemed to die as such, leaving a grey coloured bar which takes up about a third of the screen....
Chosen Solution My wife and i took our sons A12 to a Phone repair shop and they required us to disable the Google Family Link app from the phone to replace the screen is this normal and why? My guess is they wanted to download some apps to run tests on the device to make sure it worked perfectly, and Google Family Link didn’t allow that. They may also potentially be using an app to pair the new screen to the phone, but I haven’t seen anyone using something like that....

The best way to describe where it is is if you pull up the google app and have the screen vertical, it’s at the exact location and has an identical width as the google bar. There are no screen fades (white/ black lines) either....
