Chosen Solution I ordered a screen and display controller kit from ifixit. The screen seems to be a millimeter longer than the original and does not set properly. Any suggestions? Did you order the right screen? The iPhone 5s screen and IPhone se screen are the same. But if you did order the right one maybe it was a manufacturing defect. But also aftermarket screens sometimes don’t sit in the phone right compared to the original apple display....
Chosen Solution Hi, I recently had a little mishap with my camera and managed to stumble on the HDMI cable while it was plugged into the camera. The cable was jerked out of the socket sideways damaging the pins inside the socket. Is there a way to replace the HDMI port on this camera? Yes, check out microtools , they have them on there.. however its possible you messed up the PCB as well, in that case its connected to the main pcb which is a Nikon only repair due to programming issues....

But the reset button seems to not work. Nothing happens when I press and hold the reset button, even when I reconnect the station in the same time. Chosen Solution So I make it clear and short. My screen broke after I dropped my phone, I changed the screen and everything was fine at first. When I put the cover the screen started going black (touch and everything works fine though). I got rid of the case after the service shop said there is no problem with the new screen. I noticed that when a certain area was pressed the screen went off (added a photo for illustration)…to turn it on I had to press power button couple of times....

Chosen Solution Hey guys, My screen started to change the contrast if I move the lid. usually, it gets messed up if the lid is close to 90%. More than that, looks fine. My external monitor is fine, so my guess is that the LCD cable is sort of broken, so loses contact. Does that make sense? I’m out of warranty and brought my computer to an Apple Store. They told me “it’s a screen problem” and would charge me $800 for a full replacement....

Was the screen that you received came pre-installed with the front camera assembly? If yes, chances are the part is faulty and you can remove the front camera assembly from the old screen.
