The entire computer is fine, the battery even holds a decent charge. Only issue I have sounds really picky but I have never seen the sleep indicator light (SIL) come on. It’s a very slight issue but it bothers me every time I close the lid or turn it on....
Chosen Solution Went to charge it for 1st time, light wont turn red. So I bought a two wheel segway and after a great deal of time, it finally arrived. My friend and I rode it all day yesterday and had loads of fun. Naturally the segway light blinked red, meaning it was time to charge it. I pulled out the new charger (MODEL: Hk-42-2000 INPUT: 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, OUTPUT:.42V) and the light stayed green....
Chosen Solution I recently replaced my iPhone 8 screen with a replacement from iFixit. The 3D Touch function is very sensitive. Almost so its unusable, is there a solution? Is it perhaps software based? Also it seems the refresh rate of the display is lower than the original? 3D Touch requires individual calibration, the replacement screen will always have wrong calibration data. The only way is to keep swapping screen to find one more or less matches....
Chosen Solution Yesterday while I was going through the process of installing Windows on a partition I had created in Boot Camp, I realized that I wanted to decrypt my hard drive first before it installed, to avoid any potential complications. So I quit before it installed, booted normally, formatted the flash drive I was using and deleted the Boot Camp partition so that I could decrypt and start from scratch again....
Chosen Solution I replaced the battery in my 5s. I thought all went well. All features worked when reassembled including touch id. However, a faint shadow appears on screen when home button is depressed and when I press down on the lower right corner of the phone. I reopened the phone to make sure nothing was sticking up and getting in the way of closing it. Nothing was. Could I have bent the LCD or something else when snapping it back together or what else could cause this?...

The iPhone’s screen was destroyed, but in working condition (it was an OEM screen, I.E. it was the factory screen). I bought a replacement screen from a seller on Ebay. I replaced the screen, the good part of it was the speaker phone started working, but the bad was that the proximity sensor stopped working, which was no big deal for me....
Chosen Solution one day my laptop froze and didn’t turn back on, I took it to a repair shop and he had told me that the ram stick had gotten fried so I bought the new ram for it. When I tried it gave me a blue screen. long story short I looked it up and I found out that it was the ram slot. But I did see some DIY solutions to it when adding something to wedge in the ram slot putting pressure on it works, and it did until it moved out of place....
Chosen Solution Most of back buttons not working, I do can take picture with or without lens. menu access sometimes is impossible and selecting functions from menu with the rear selector wheel not working either. Please help. Did you solved this problem? Kind regards
Chosen Solution So I got my screen replaced (3rd part shop) last September and it came back to me with a broken touch bar. It was still on but it didn’t respond to touch. I tried the different ways I found online to fix it but it still didn’t work. I should also say that the computer has been shutting down randomly at this time. I had called the shop and they said it could be an issue with the OS so I reinstalled it and the touch bar was still not working....
Chosen Solution Hi, I have changed the Battery on the Creative Zen Vision M 30GB. Since Creative no longer supports the device, I have purchased a Chinese production Battery, the Battery functioned correctly, but cannot be CHARGED using the Creative wall charger. Chosen Solution I have obviously broken one or more of the fuses in the one wire cirquit to the magsafe on my Macbook Pro 15” mid 2012. There is a guide for replaceing these on a 2009 model, but the T1 and T2 fuses are not located in the same spot on the 2012 model. Is there some guide or image displaying the location? And where can I get those fuses - MOSFETs?...
Chosen Solution I got the 500gb Xbox One X pre-formatted HDD from ifixit. I searched all over and couldn’t find anything about steps that might need done. So I just removed the old one, popped in the new one and put the Xbox back together. The Xbox turns on but there is no loading screen or anything. My TV doesn’t even think it’s on. Any thoughts? Pre-format HDD? Probably the software mismatches, but I think at least the console will boot into Xbox logo then shows an error in that case....

Hello John! First, I would check to be absolutely sure that everything is plugged back in to the motherboard. If a cable is loose, then that could be the issue.
Chosen Solution I have a band approximatly 2 inches wide running verticle at about the center of the screen. It is intermittant and can be made to go away by putting a slight twisting pressure on the upper left corner or by moving the sreen back and forth. I do not see a cable listed for the screen. Chosen Solution Since changing the battery in my 80gb classic, I’m only seeing the black and white ‘do not disconnect’ screen. I can see the ipod is connected to my mac by usb using the command: ioreg -p IOUSB -w0 | sed ’s/[^o]o //; s/@.$//’ | grep -v ‘^Root.*’ but I can’t see the disk in diskutil. Also, I can access neither diagnostic mode nor disk mode on the ipod. Any direction would be appreciated here, especially as to whether the HD or logic board might have died....
Chosen Solution Roomba 650 ignores virtual wall, but docks OK. I have the VWs that have a two position switch - auto/off. I have tried new batteries in the VWs and even changed the sensor in the Roomba. When switched on the VWs blink about every 8 seconds. I have two of them. Could they both be bad? Update (08/08/2016) Yes, VW = virtual wall. The VWs that I have do not have a power button that can be pressed down....
