Chosen Solution I recently replaced my 2011 MacBook Pro 15” with a battery purchased from ifixit and following the online instructions. Got it up and running fine but the replacement battery is very slow to charge and runs out of charge in around an hour and a half once disconnected from the charger. When setting up I also followed instructions to yield the best performance from the new battery. So I’m wondering if there’s a fault with the new battery?...

Chosen Solution I have a JBL Harman wireless Bluetooth earphone. The right side ear bud is having less volume and is also having hissing sound. The item is out of warranty and the company does not repair the same. Please help. Looks like you have to put up with it or buy a new one

Chosen Solution Hi Guys, I have a At&t Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge that suddenly stopped booting up. The phone was left charging over night and the next day, it just started doing this. The phone turns on, but it keeps going in loop with the 1st screen that says “Recovery Booting” in blue text: and then the 2nd screen that says “Installing system update”: - I have tried various key press combinations and so far i am only able to get the phone to go into “Download mode”....

Chosen Solution The adhesive on the sensor board that comes in iFixit’s iMac 27" hard drive replacement kit is very weak. My sensor fell off the SSD after a couple of days. Is there a safe glue to use to adhere it to the SSD? Super glue? Hi for this I would recommend something thin like the tape that is sold on Ifixit I can’t give you link for it as I don’t know what region you are from but its called Tesa 61395 Tape hopefully this helps Thanks:-)

Chosen Solution i have a phone that i’m told had a screen replacement but the it stopped working. i tried that screen on a working phone and it worked fine. I tried a known working screen on the phone and no display.when i plug in the charging cord, i can feel the taptic buzz and the audible ding.when i connected the phone to 3uTools I was able to see that the phone boots, even installed the latest IOS and activated it....

Chosen Solution why does does it register as if i am touching my screen in a certain spot even whwn i am not? is this a problem with the digitalizer or the screen glass? Mitchell Downie , A) digitizer and LCD lens is a one item which fused together when manufacturing. B) as you explained, the fault is digitizer getting malfunctioned. so you have to replace the digitalizer

Chosen Solution Using any type of input (antenna, HDMI, etc…), the same problem always happens: Sound always works fine, but image/picture keeps constantly turning on and off at around 3 second intervals or so. P.S: Currently don’t have the remote, so have to use TV buttons for any suggested fix. Chosen Solution Look for the laptop motherboard on sites like eBay. It might also be cheaper to buy an entire unit than just the motherboard, so if you can, do so, since you’ll be saving yourself some money down the road if other parts break. Good luck!

Chosen Solution So i’m having some issues with my MacBook pro 13" mid 2014 model. Some time back I tried installing Linux ubuntu alongside Mac OS-X on it (which obviously wasn’t a good idea. After not really ending up using it and having a few issues I just deleted the Linux partition in disk utility. This lead to the system being slightly unstable when booting, after updating to MacOS Sierra my Mac ended up having loads of boot loops which could only be fixed by clicking reinstall in the recovery mode....

Chosen Solution Hello, I’m only getting a display on this A1267 24’’ Cinema Display when I put the dim setting to the lowest setting. If I start to increase it by 1% I can see it start flickering. If I put it really high the display will go off and if I bring the setting all the way back down it does not come back on. I’ve also verified that the speakers are still working when the display turns off, so therefore there is still come kind of power going to the monitor....

Chosen Solution I dropped my laptop, and it shuts down when i plug the battery. And it starts up when i unplug the battery? I went to repairing shop and they say it’s in the computer not battery. buy a new computer that should fix the problem

Chosen Solution I just purchased the 7+ and have never had a sim before. Didn’t realize it had a “tray” it needed to be placed in first. How can I remove it? I would take it to a cellphone repair shop where they can use small tweezers to remove it. If you try prying it out that may cause damage to the housing on the isinde.

Chosen Solution I believe this type of bulb has to be soldered on, but I’m not quite sure what kind of bulb it is. I am hoping to swap my 2011 Chevy suburban dash instrument cluster lights to LED green and kind of stumbling on which lights to buy if they’re correct or not for my year. Also, would like to swap out door lights and center console control lights too....

Chosen Solution So, after replacing the crankshaft sensor it would run fine for a few days and then start missing again and would stall and be hard to start (used starting fluid). After restarting it would run fine for 10-15 min and stall again. Chosen Solution I had replaced a broken screen on this a1706 MacBook a few months ago, but had damaged the wifi antennae assembly a bit, and the Touch Bar wasn’t responding. Replaced the wifi antennae last night, and tried to undo and reseat the connector for the Touch Bar. It is not powering up with battery, or without battery/but power adapter hooked up. Any ideas where to start looking. I also… didn’t disable auto boot before repairing just took the battery off....

Chosen Solution A few days back it simply stopped working. I put it on sleep and it never got on. Although, it could run the external mechanical hard drive up until 2 days after this. Following this, it stopped working. Tried SMC, NVRAM reset and everything. The fan won’t turn on too. There’s no chime. The Magsafe led would turn green when plugged into my Macbook. Any help would be appreciated....

Chosen Solution found a white vertical line in the middle with it only bought for 4 months, can it be repair if bought back to apple? Probably not unless the Original Owner had Apple Care and extended it to you. Or you purchased this from a store or refurbish site, or with a Credit Card (Credit cards do offer warranties, and if you contact them they may be able to assist you in resolution/restitution with/from the seller)....

Chosen Solution I have a Samsung 50" Smart TV model UN50H5203AFXZA that won’t turn on. We had a storm a few weeks ago and it hasn’t turned on since. It was on a power strip too. It has power because the red light below the screen is on and when I attempt to turn it on the red light goes out and the TV tries to turn on but the screen just flashes and the red light comes back on with no display....
