Chosen Solution A headphone piece broke off into the input jack on my ipod 4 and I can’t get it out. How do I fix this? you can try and find something a little smaller than your head phone plug and hold your phone horizontal and use some crazy glue to glue it to the piece that is still attached. Make sure of course that you do not get any into the jack....
Chosen Solution My iphone was wearing a silicone skin, and has a screen protector, so fortunately it doesn’t appear much of the spilled coca cola went into the phone, and it still works. Although when I made a call, the normal ear phone didn’t work, and on the phone was an error message which said “This accessory is not optimised for this iPhone. You may experience noise caused by mobile interference and a decrease in mobile signal strength” so I assume some coke from the spill had made it into the jack socket....
Chosen Solution I have an early 2015 macbook and it was working fine, but now will not turn on. It does nothing when I hit the power button. It does react when I do the SMC reset, but nothing happens after that either. Also, the mouse clicks when I press it, but nothing else is happening. After collecting it today I noticed that the screen while originally recessed behind the bezel now it’s at the same height if not higher than the bezel designed to protect it. As a part of the process it wanted me to plug it to a power adapter, which I did but not with a normal apple one, instead my own Android charger’s USB. Somewhere along it died out and shows only sad iPod icon. I tried Hard disk mode but iTunes won’t see it so I can restore once more....

All of sudden, the display freezes and then fades to greyish/bluish then eventually black. During that I can see some sort of scan lines as well. When it’s black I still can change brightness of the display by F1/F2. So it’s not completely turned off. It goes back to normal if I play with tilting the display....

Is there something I might have overlooked, or might it be something related to the A/V cable? (The cable is an RF modulator cable, by the way.)
