Chosen Solution I made some change to some of my settings and the keyboard stopped working. Any help in telling me what I screwed up will be appreciated. Is there a key with function abbreviated in blue, and blue little symbols where the Fkeys are at the top of the key board. One of the symbols is for the keyboard to shut it on or off..there’s also ones for your screen and mouse....
Chosen Solution I bought an iPhone 7 with a screen that had a single crack in it. Tested it and everything worked fine including touch id. Had an extra screen laying around that may have been water damaged and thought I would test it just to see if it worked, which it didn’t. When I connected the old cracked one back touch id wouldn’t work anymore. First it reacted like I was double tapping....

Chosen Solution Hi, I bought cheap an old MBA 11’. The laptop was shutting down randomly. I cleaned up the dust from the fan and the board, removed the heatsink to change the thermal paste (or the leftover gunk…). I monitor the temperature constantly and the shutdown are not related to overheating. I had shutdowns at 50°C. Thinking it could be power related (the battery has 995 cycles) I tried to pull the battery from the device and ran it without, shutdown again....

Any few recommendations will help a lot. You really can’t go wrong with any brand of RAM or SSD and buying the “best” hardware doesn’t always yield better performance. You can go to crucial.com and run their system scanner to view RAM and SSD upgrades for your machine....
Chosen Solution My TC-P55GT31 just shut off and when I restart, the light blinks in set of 7. That tells me it should be on of the boards on the left side of the tv, looking at the back. how do I determine which one? See this old iFixit thread. 7 blink is related to the 10 blinks
Chosen Solution I replaced the battery, and the color on the screen is off. The display seems to work, but the color is faded. Have you reseated all the connections? Does the display look distorted any? Sometimes you can damage the screen when pulling it off and snapping it back in. I have seen this happen with customers who do repairs themselves and use a bit more force than normal....
Chosen Solution Replaced battery on iPhone 5 via kit from ifixit. Now the phone won’t turn on, but it does make the audible charging sound every 5 seconds and starts to get warm. How to fix this? Make sure battery is fully connected, also check the charging port cable is also connected fully.

Chosen Solution I’ve been looking everywhere for a way to replace the IPod touch 5th Generation Loop. Has anyone found anyway to replace it? Does it use glue,a screw or what? I’m trying to replace mine because it is really beat up. I dropped it on cement and it bent also. If I unplug the main board with all the hdmi ports etc, the power supply is silent. I’ve tried unplugging everything connected to the main board but the power supply, it still has the same noise. The buzzing sounds like it’s coming from the coils near the noise filter....

Chosen Solution I got this tv today the image flashes/flickers. it is a un65ks850df. it starts flickering after about 20 minutes or so of use. also it has a second problem that starts right when i turn it on. the backlight goes from high to low ( not gradually) every 30 seconds or so and it wont allow me to change the backlight level in the settings. however i am able to change the brightness and sharpness and contrast, just not the backlight....

Chosen Solution When I turn my phone on the bottom buttons light up but my screen is black. There is an internal crack tat can be seen if the phone is turned a certain way. LCD is damaged and needs replacing. Usually, this means your lcd is faulty. You can try opening up the phone and checking the connections for the lcd, but they don’t usually come un-done. If you’re gonna order the screen yourself, make sure you open the phone up first to make sure it’s not the cable and to get used to working on them....
Chosen Solution Have a MacBook Air, we had reset and seemed to be working fine. Then upgraded to Big Sur and screen started flickering lines across, this kept speeding up when the macbook was on and eventually the full screen went black. Now the macbook is coming on but only with a black screen I’ve tried downgrading the laptop to Catalina (Not sure on original version). but same issue as screen is still black, plugged into external monitor and can see the operating system working....
Chosen Solution Screen goes black/inverted/garbage, fixed after sleep I have a “late 2010” MacBook Air 13" (C2D 1.86GHz, the version without the backlit keyboard). It has not been spilled on, suffered any trauma, etc. Was working fine (sitting on a stand, plugged into a 20" Dell monitor) and today all of a sudden the laptop screen (but not the Dell) went sort of inverted, with some garbage. Chosen Solution Hi, I have replaced the whole screen and frame on my P9 Lite. The phone turns on, however the screen flicks on and off. It’s perhaps 1sec between each flicker. I have tried re-connecting the original screen and although the LCD has cracked, it does show a few lines of colour and these lines stay on continuously - no flicker. Does this mean the screen I have received is faulty?...

Chosen Solution Hello all. Initially there was some issue and the display wouldn’t bright-up fully. It was very dim. So I opened the Mac and accidentally touched the board with a screwdriver. This must have cause the full black-screen on start-up. So, now it powers-up but with a black-screen. I have attached an image to check out if it has been short-circuited. And please let me know if there is a possibility to fix it....
