Chosen Solution Purchased replacement battery from iFixit for Macbook Air 13” 2017. Worked OK for almost 2 weeks then suddenly died completely. Cannot be charge, battery not recognized by system or Coconut Battery app. Should have gone with my intuition to stay away from Chinese garbage? Recommend opening the MacBook and rechecking the installation of the new battery, especially the connections. If everything looks sound, it’s possible the battery is defective....

I’m looking to order a replacement touch screen for it but the problem is it’s a generic tablet. Chosen Solution My phone can only turn ON when on power outlet. As soon as I remove the charger, it goes OFF. I tried pressing the power button but still won’t turn ON unless its plugged to the power charger, it will turn ON. And after 1 minute it goes OFF again then goes ON by itself without me doing anything to it. This has been going on for 2 weeks now....
Chosen Solution Hi All, I have a 2019 MBP (A1989) that often displays full brightness on boot (Apple logo) and then dims to about 50% brightness. The mac shows that it is displaying at full brightness in macos but the keyboard doesn’t illuminate at all, the TB buttons for the keyboard backlight won’t change anything, The option for ‘Automatically adjust brightness’ Is missing in settings. Everything else works: the webcam works, and all the wireless antenna seem to work fine....
Chosen Solution I repaired my pixel 3a screen and at first everything was fine, I then placed it under a couple of books as the guide said I should do and when I took it out the screen was all glitched out and baraly working. I opened it up and disconnected and connected the screen hoping it would help and now the screen is just black (the reason I reapired it in the first place) I really hope there’s something I can do or find out it’s not my fault because I am really stressing out...

Chosen Solution So for some reason after i replaced my cracked screen with a new one.. my screen looked more yellowish…. aside from that it crashes ALOT to almost everytime it goes blackscreen and just restarts the phone… i tried opening up the phone and reconnecting the screen to the motherboard… i also tried to low-air pressure filthy stuff remove-ment but litterly NOTHING works… PLEASE help There are different quality screens in the market and could cause you screen to have a different tinge/colour....
Chosen Solution Can I glue or solder them or even leave them out? only needs to work for a few more weeks. Are you completely sure you got them back in the same positions? You can cause long screw damage, be careful. It’s better option to leave some screws out, even whole covers instead of doing it wrong.
Chosen Solution I bought a 3Gs on the bay, with water damage (in all probability) already replaced digitizer, LCD, 6R8 coil for backlight… still have to fix the signal issue but with the last engagement i get an strange error, which doesnt disappear: i don’t get the “No SIM” notification anylonger.it shows “Searching…” or “No Signal” all the time, even if there is a SIM inside. The SIM which i use for testing works fine on my other 3Gs and even if there are signal issues/SIMlock it should be recognized....

Thanks in advance! :D There are no guides that I know of. I’ve replaced some of these though. All you have to do is peel the old ones off and align the new ones and stick them on. I usually clean the contacts on the board with alcohol first to be sure they are clean, then it’s just a matter of making sure they are aligned correctly....
Chosen Solution TV still works, but exactly one quarter of screen is faded. When display is light (daylight scene) it is hardly noticeable, but scenes with darker colors show whole left quarter section of screen several shades lighter. I checked connections and switched over T-CON cables, but no difference. Any ideas? Thx. @coach14 check all your flat ribbon cables and make sure that they are seated right. It is possible that this is a main board issue but can also be caused by the LCD driver board....
Chosen Solution The sim ejector was poked into the mic hole of my brand new A5 2017. Will this damage the waterproof feature of the phone? Will i not be able to dip the phone in water? Please assist. P.s i was informed that the mic it self is waterproof and there’s no any “MESH"unlike in S7 phones. “if you !$$&* me do i not bleed” If it were me, I would not dip in water in the first place....

Chosen Solution They never stop, onless you do it manually pressing both buttons. Actually yoy can make a warery expresso, pressing stop when your cup is near filling. It is in descale mode. Press both green lights for 3 secs and it will start flashing at a slower rate. When they stop flashing it is good to go. Chosen Solution Im looking into replacing a friends screen. On amazon im seeing screens with some cables on the top and i see some prongs. Are those just (i dont know how to describe it) pull out and push in ends into the screen? Or are the soldered on? If anything else, PLEASE let me know! :) Done it before and I will never recommend doing this. It was a pain to install as the first time I did this, I burnt out the charging port because I didn’t cover the soldering joints for the charging dock connector so that it doesn’t touch the metal plate that sits on top of the logic board and under the front display....
Chosen Solution After machine is warmed up for 6 minutes, I open the steam valve and turn on both steam and coffee switches, but only steam comes out, no water. Any suggestions? These smaller machines can only do one thing at a time, either pump water or pump steam not usually both at the same time. It has to do with their boiler and the way it operates. A commercial or dedicated machine will be able to do both at the same time....
