I followed the guide all the way down to the last step except I cannot take the LCD shield plate off because it has 3 stripped screws. No I did not strip the screws. Matter of fact, every Phillips 00 and 000 except ONE, did not work. I had to use a 1.0 flathead bit to remove these screws....
Chosen Solution Hello everybody, I have replaced the flex connector and the screen of my iPhone 6 at the same time. After fulkly reassemble it, I tried to turn it on and it worked great. I proceeded to charge the battery with the iPhone switched off and the screen never worked again. I have tried to replace the old screen but nothing worked. I know that the iPhone is on because it vibrates when I change the vibration switch position and also I connected it to a TV with the lightning to hdmi cable....

Today I looked inside and I unfortunately had to see, that the cable is off the socket but the female and male socket are still married. So now my question. I googled every edge of the internet and could not find any kind of helpful information. No one sells Control pod separately, no information about schematics or if there is alternative way to power Mako without Pod. It would be great if there is any kind of way to get schematics so there is a chance I can fix it....
Chosen Solution Hello! Since a few months the tablet keeps on rebooting when a charger is connected, it always only reaches the first static splashscreen and then cycles anew. I tried already replacing the battery with a new one but so far that didn’t seem to have fixed the problem. Since I replaced the battery I can access the desktop of the device, i.e. I can boot it all the way up normally although it will then give the critical battery level error and shutdown automatically after a few moments, when I connect the charger before it shuts down automatically it instantly reboots and loops again....

Chosen Solution Hi, At the attached Picture; the screen seems green and pixelled. Either application’s silhouette stays or there are some deterioration on the screen. This case only can be seen at the dark colors not in the light colors. What causes this? Given the age of your system I would bring the system into an Apple Store and let them fix it. They will likely need to replace the logic board....

Bad news, after about a minute, than fan speeds up a ton and then the PS3 says its overheating and it shuts itself off. Please help. Thanks. Disassembled and went back and re-did everything with the heat gun. Works now, less wi-fi - done for today, I’ll fix that tomorrow. My ps3 turns on....

I go through PartsPeople for troublesome parts like this since they provide a 1 year warranty. Sometimes you can find used ones, but the issue is that you are more likely to have problems again, especially if it’s a known issue....
Chosen Solution I bought all the right parts, and replaced the battery and it turned on and works correctly and charges fine. No water damage and minimal dropping damage. Nothing is cracked. But it does not hold a better charge with the new battery. I put the back light on low, shut off all apps I am not using, have manual data retrieval on, turn off wifi when I’m not using it, etc....
Chosen Solution I had the common issue with the logic board on my MacBook Pro 15" late 2011. I had the board updated and upon using it the first time since the replacement, plenty of more problems. The computer won’t boot without an SMC reset after its shutdown and when it does boot the keyboard doesn’t work. PRam doesn’t help because I can’t boot, only reset. Reset doesn’t respond to PRam....
Chosen Solution Finally bought a replacement logic board for my dead 2014 MBP, and it should be coming within the next week or so. It’s a bit of an upgrade, previously I had a 2.8ghz i5 w/ 8gb ram, and the new one will have 3.0ghz i7 w/ 16gb ram, so its not a straight replacement. I still have my SSD in good working order. Do I need to do anything to it, such as a clean boot, some sort of initializing, or any reformatting to it before my computer will fully work again?...
Chosen Solution After I did a screen/front shell replacement on my switch right joy cons aren’t connecting. i’ve tested 2 different joycon sets and verified they work on another switch. the left ones work fine but both right joycons start missing inputs after about 2 feet and disconnect completely after about 3 feet. when connected in hand held mode there are no issues. open the red one up and verify there are no connector issues with the NFC antenna....

It seems to function normally otherwise: 1) power save mode 2) receives calls, 3) seems to react to the touch screen (as long as I know where I am touching), but the screen is ALWAYS bright white. Chosen Solution Hello. I have ASUS ROG phone 3. I had to have its screen replaced after I dropped the phone. The screen works correctly but the colors look hazy like they are covered with white smoke. There’s nothing on the screen. It displays black and bright single colors correctly but the problem becomes obvious with more complex images. Turning the brightness all the way up makes the image better. It feels like it needs to display dark colors darker but I cannot calibrate the screen or change its contrast....

I downloaded the most current BIOS (F.42rA) available here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/sel… It shows up as an EXE file. Running it puts a typical HP “SWSetup” folder on the drive with the appropriate bits inside. About a minute after running the downloaded EXE, the utility runs. I have the option of updating the BIOS so I do so. It goes through a “copying” motion then tells me I need to restart, along with a restart button....
