Chosen Solution When my phone screen isn’t pressed into place and screwed down, it’s fine. But as soon as I press it in and screw it in at the two bottom screws, almost straight away an orange stress mark appears at the bottom, in the same place every time. I’ve tried removing every single piece of adhesive on the screen. Could it be because I’m not using my screen adhesive to put the screen back in place, and I’m only just pressing it in without the glue?...

Chosen Solution Hello everybody, I have a MBP touchbar 15” mid2017, it has been worked for months, few weeks ago I tried to restart for installing something, after shutting down it stopped charging, after some try and now i realized that: after shutting down mac, 4 UBS-C stop working, mean no charging, no external drive (for time machine restoring example…). so the battery drain down, and when i try and try to turn on mac, when it reached the some limit, as screen wont on or fan wont run any more (takes lot time), the mac will lauch 4 usb-c, for charging, for external drive… as normal....

Chosen Solution Has always been charged when needed but suddenly the screen is blank with no sign of life when start button pushed or put on charge. first step is to try a new battery

Chosen Solution Also you only have communication when pressing brake pedal Please check your brake light switch and the radio power wire (or any others) and verify that the wires have not melted /shorted together. These wires will be located under the dash probably in a bunch. You may have a blown radio and dashboard fuse /cut wires and the brakes are supplying all the power!!

Chosen Solution Can I somewhat easily remove the rear shocks from a 2010 Yamaha electric cart? I do not want to remove the rear body kurt.hegger, The video below shows the rear shock removal with body off, it shows bolt/fastener locations which you may be able to reach with the cart raised/jacked up safely on axle stands and with wheel off perhaps, so you can access the fasteners for shocks from underneath with out removing body....

Chosen Solution The optical drive on a PS4 I bought faulty (knowingly, with aim to fix it) doesn’t accept any discs. I have tried putting a game and a blu ray straight into the drive using the eject screw then turning on the console. No need to spend my time repairing a 6-yr-old phone that will soon not be able to accept IOS updates. But thanks to everyone that offered solutions. @nadineh, There are a couple of things to try out, but you will have to open the phone back up again on 2 and onwards; Shine a flashlight at an angle on the screen and see if you can make out an Apple logo (backlight check)Disconnect battery, then screen and inspect all connectors with a magnifying glass, for damageClean connectors using >99% isopropyl alcohol and let dry a minute before connecting screen then battery If you can make out a logo or image when testing 1, you have a busted backlight....

Chosen Solution One day I powered on my Sony Bravia LCD TV and the only thing coming up on the display were vertical stripes in various colours. There were some videos online that linked the issue to the T-Con board. After first trying to reseat the ribbon cables and cleaning the pins on the all three cables connecting to the T-Con board, which made no difference, I ordered a T-Con board from EMOS parts....

Chosen Solution I’ve bought a In Win 509 Computer case, but my dumbass was not able to inspect the case throughly. It seems that I’m missing a rubber bushing/grommet and thumbscrews that’s used to mount the glass panel on the left side. Does anyone know where I could get some? The rubber mounts measure 1 cm in diameter and fits into a 0.5cm peg. The thumbscrew is sized as M3.5 and is female threaded....

Chosen Solution I don’t have a problem with the physical replacement which I know is involved, but I wanted to make sure I understand the technology of the Fusion Drive. I am under the impression that it is okay to take out both drives, and just replace the NVME with a 1TB (blade) NVME drive, leaving the 2.5" drive out of the equation completely. Is this correct? Is there any reason to go through the process of splitting the drive in the software if I will not be using either of the two original drives again, or will that have ramifications within the system after I install the new drive?...

Chosen Solution I am currently inside my switch joycon doing an outside swap and the battery pops out pretty easily. Is it possible to put in a larger one in it’s place. Thanks! You probably could, no doubt it would void the warranty though. And beware of a third party battery you find, it might not be the best quality or safe.

I ordered all the parts I need to replace the hard drive in my 160 GB Classic (Thick) with an SSD, but ran into a snag since apparently only the thick version uses a ZIF ribbon cable that’s half the size. So I have an 18 pin ZIF connector coming out of the iPod that I wanted to connect to a 40 pin ZIF to mSATA board....

Chosen Solution I recently started using my Macbook with an additional external screen. After a few weeks with this setup, connecting and disconnecting the external screen in between, the screen started flickering after I disconnected the external screen. The flickering only occurs when the screen is opened more than roughly 45 degrees and sometimes stops when fully tilted back. The issue is not the backlight! The screen itself just turns black for a few fractions of a second, turns back on for a few moments up to several seconds and then the whole things starts over again....

Chosen Solution I own a iPhone 6+, which have some problems. I switched to android when it started happening, but i want to find out what the problem really is. So, sometimes my iPhone works just fine, with no problems. But then the screen suddenly wont respond, and when i the slam it against an object a few times it starts to work again. Sometimes its like a white bar gets dragged down from the top, blinking and going up and down....

Finally heard about the battery issue and took it to Apple Store for a new battery. Chosen Solution 1988 Hotpoint GE no frost refrigerator-freezer: CTX18GKER stopped working. I did find the refrigerator gasket was broken and i did Replaced it . Now the fan inside the refrigerator are working but the air is Hot while the compressor fan start working and stop every 3 second with a click. After few minutes the compressor fan start again and after 3 seconds stop again with a click. I touched the compressor and it has normal temperature....
