Chosen Solution After replaceing the touch screen, the ipad mini booted up normally but the touch screen didnt work at all. After replacing the touch screen again, the ipad mini only boots up to a very dark screen starting with the apple logo and then displaying 5:01 Wednesday December 31st. I have read on this forum that you must be very careful when disconnecting lcd, and battery and making sure of the proper order....

Would my touch id stop functioning if I change screens and transfer my original home button over to new replacement screen? you would need to keep the Touch ID / home button it won’t work if you switch it up .Just transfer the home button add it with the new screen. Chosen Solution I replaced two screens, one on a i phone 7 plus and i phone 6 plus. They both worked fine for a couple of days after being replaced. Then issues started to occur with the screen. You will try to select an app and it would randomly open a completely different app that you didnt select. When the screen is locked and you attempt to open it with the passcode it will select numbers you didnt press....

Chosen Solution I ran into a sever kernel panic and cannot startup my mac anymore (tiger system): taken out the extra RAM and putting the original onereset PRAMbooting in safe modebooting up witjh option key and using a external disk (which did allow me to install again the system), but kernel panic kicked in again. I also tried the firmware stuff… I am stuck and whatever I do it will not start… here is the panic log, any idea where the problem might be?...

I don’t think the warning ever went away but the battery lasted longer than my original battery which was 7 years old at that point. I should’ve requested a replacement but I think the time for that has long been past. Chosen Solution Already replaced the v3 diode and still left lcd dim One of your two PPLED lines is damaged. You replaced the diode but the problem could be with the filters (L2200/L2210), the diodes (D8228/D8258), the Coils (L8225/L8255) or the PMIC itself. You need to probe the circuit to understand what seems to be failing. Check for continuity on the filters, shorts on the lines, measured voltages etc. Let us know what you find and we can give you more pointers....

Without frame is a bit tougher. Check something like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZYFTk8-… for instructions. It shows the A13 5g and A13 4g will be very similar. This video shows the repair with the frame. Now, while you replace your A13’s screen, take lots of pictures and create a guide....

Ideas? look on ebay and craiglist for parted out EVOs i have seen a few i just changed the back panel on mine, and the replacement backs some sell do not have them if the LEDs arent working, and you “pressed in” the LEDs, try opening it and ensuring proper contact behind the board, that happened to my EVO because only 1 LED was working, and just a quick stretch fixed it
Chosen Solution Hi My Iphone 6s wouldn’t turn on and i decided to connect it with Itunes. Itunes shows that it is in Recovery Mode and needs to be restored. During restore processes,there was no errors or something suspicious. But after restore the phone goes again in DFU mode and Itunes shows that it has to be restored. I have tried 3Utools-same issue,restores but enters dfu again I am not sure if you’re mixing up recovery mode and DFU mode, they’re not the same....
