Chosen Solution I dropped my iPhone 5s and the glass and lcd shattered. Luckily I had another 5s that had a bad charging port so I decided to swap the good screen and glass from it to the broken one. The swap went fine, with tutorials I found online. I kept all the screws for the “cable plate” where they should go and I know I got all the ribbon cables plugged in snug....
Chosen Solution I have noticed recently on my lenovo yoga 3 that after I use it for more than 30 minutes (sometimes less) the left side of the screen begins to turn a pinkish colour. I have figured that having dark colours on the screen doesn’t cause the pink colour. When I have a white screen it happens quicker. If I use my laptop for long enough, the whole screen will have a pink tinge....
Chosen Solution My SD card won’t click into place in my camera like it use to, it won’t lock in so I can’t use the camera without the SD card It may be problem with metal clips holding the SD card. Try to adjust them. I think camera has internal memory to place a few pictures without SD card.
Chosen Solution The 2009 heatsink does not have a temperature connection? Is that normal? There is a spot for it on the logic board, but no wire from the heatsink. The heatsink is incomplete the sensor has been removed, you need another one. The temperature sensor hangs just to the right of the fins on the copper bar. Please indicate exactly which machine you have as the temperature sensors are different on different models....

Unfortunately the RAM cannot be upgraded on this laptop. This model continued the trend of soldering RAM to the logic board that started in the Macbook Air. From what I can see on Mactracker, the maximum amount of RAM Apple put in this model is 16 so even if you swapped the logic board you will not be able to get additional RAM....
Chosen Solution I purchased and installed an ifixit screen for my iPhone 6s, and the 3D Touch feature was so sensitive you couldn’t use it, and the auto brightness would not work. If you set the brightness and locked the phone, it came back on at medium brightness every time. I received a replacement screen, and the 3D Touch works great, but the ambient light sensor is still not working. Same issue with the brightness returning at 50% regardless of where you set it....
Chosen Solution I head this I called pressure damage. I have seen the same spots on devices that have had a bad screen replacement. Is this due to the screen being replaced or the low quality screen that it’s been replaced with. I can only discribe the spots as being very similar to the reaction of your finger when you push on the screen of an desktop monitor which uses plastic instead glass to protect the screen....

After the screen replacement the camera and flashlight didnt work. So i replaced them as well. After that they worked for several weeks, but now they stop working sometimes. After soft resetting, 1, 2 or 3 times they start working again....
Chosen Solution Just replaced the battery. When old battery(swollen, will not charge) is plugged in, MagSafe stays green. When new battery is in, MagSafe stays orange. Always, no display, no power. I just used the computer two days ago before the new battery arrived, with power adapter plugged in, with no problems. I am a beginner, so any advice, try and dumb it down for me. Any suggestions? ****update: now the MagSafe is green with the new battery, so it has charged....
Chosen Solution Hi I have replaced an iPhone 6 battery twice now, the second time it was with a higher performance battery. The apple logo comes on and then the phone shuts off, it does this repeatedly. It also does this unplugged from the charger and plugged in. Any suggestions? I can’t tell if the iPad was dropped face first and the metal frame was bent or if it’s something else, but it’s a problem when it comes to dust collection and display adhesion. I tried to follow directions on YouTube on how to fix it but it’s not working, any tips? A lot of older Canon cameras have problems with SDXC cards due to the lack of exFAT support. This isn’t a problem in your case since your camera is SDHC compatible, so you can still find memory cards without too much trouble....
